Concierge Car Wash

Amazing job carried out on my Mercedes AMG today! The attention to deal is what impressed me most. Thank you to the team for looking after my precious car so much! I’ll be back again soon.

False advert sign as you come in carpark. $25 wash. That’s all I wanted, I wasn’t worried about the interior as I was on holidays from Wagga. The bloke looked around my car and tried to charge me $200. I told him how much just for a wash and he said he can’t do it without doing the interior and my car needed a polish. Would not recommend unless you are cashed up

Had my car cleaned inside and out. They did a great job and had is ready when for when i needed to pick it up. Very friendly

Found them to be very efficient, and good at what they do.
No hanging around waiting, and you are notified when to pick your vehicle up.

Unfortunately, there's no ZERO stars to give.

the response.we polished it for you. Which was never discussed.
And I’m pretty should that it was not polished. Because it wasn’t very clean.

I get my car washed at Concirege regularly. They always do an amazing job. Highly recommended. AAA+

We had our car detailed to sell the vehicle & the tint was damaged on all windows, had to be stripped & retinted.
The total cost was close to $700- we we’re absolutely disgusted with the customer service as we have had nothing but rudeness from Aaron who we contacted to seek a resolution. We will be following this up with fair trading.

I would never recommend this car wash to anyone ever again.

Don't bother booking. They take walk ins regardless of how many cars are booked. Being told it's 2.5 hr wait after booking in is not acceptable.

I used the Concierge yesterday. It was convenient while I was in Stockland for other reasons. They did a beautiful job of cleaning my little old car and at a very reasonable price.

Had my other car (Tesla S) cleaned there about a year ago and they did a very good job. Took my Skoda Kodiaq there yesterday for a mini detail prior to selling it and was less than impressed. There were spots left unwashed/wiped on the base of the doors outside and inside, polishing was very patchy. Not good enough for a $145 charge.

Today I cleared my car out of everything extra and had a full clean. Very please with the job done. Thank you!

I had my car washed and cleaned inside. I was happy with the result and they did it in the time frame I requested

I arrived at 3: 45pm today hoping to have my vehicle washed, however the attendant informed me he didn't have the time. I found this incredulous as they weren't supposed to close until 5: 30pm. This type of blase attitude is totally unacceptable. I will never use Concierge Car Wash again, indeed I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

The team detailed my car so I can sell it. They did an excellent job. The car had some bad scratches and they buffed them out perfectly

Use them every fortnight for a basic inside and outside wash and have always been really happy my car afterwards.

Dropped of our audi tt which was an absolute mess inside with make up marks everywhere. Within 1hr I received a message that the car was ready and it looks better than when I bought it. I don't know how they achieve these results in this in such little time. And the gentleman gave us a discount. Thanks alot to the men at shellharbour you guys did s fabulous job, I really appreciate it.

The guys did a great job on my mums car especially with all the dog hair. Will definitely get our cars washed there again.

Excellent job on my car. Very impressed they were able to remove marks on the inside that I’d tried to get out for ages.

The team do an excellent job at the ground level location, however recently I noticed the guttering really needs to be cleaned up. This splashes up on cars and is also a potential health hazard to staff and customers. Apart from that, really happy with their quality of work.
