Concierge Car Wash

Good service, Price was above the online quote and some areas of the interior were not cleaned properly, but considering the amount of work they have to do everyday, Its all good.

I had my car detailed, and was so impressed I took my wife’s car the following day. I would highly recommend them.

Car was cleaned really well in 1.5hrs. Semi detail for $150.
Managed to get the majority of dog hair out and have the car looking near new.
Went to the level 2 carpark location. The guys were lovely.
Only criticism would be they wiped the brake and accelerator with a shine substance that made them very slippery and I had a bit if trouble driving the car home until I could wipe whatever it was off them.
Based on my experience, I'm surprised at the negative reviews and can only suggest going to the L2 location as the guy downstairs (went there first, they were busy) was perhaps a tad brash in his manner but still helpful in suggesting i go to their other location.

Asked for a wash and polish and waited 3 hrs after coming out of the shopping centre i was rushed over to pay straight away only to realise when I'd gotten home my car was damaged and outside still filthy not even polished properly.disgusted!

I had just brought a car that needed a bit of an interior clean. Never been to concierge before but JACK was super helpful. There was a 2 hour wait, which gave me time to go have a look around. Upon return my car was beautifully clean inside & out, and that horrible smell before was no more.

I took my car to this business yesterday. I asked to have the interior of my car detailed. The attendant asked if I wanted Amoral and I said yes that’s fine. I asked for the price and he went and spoke to someone and came back and said $60. I thought that’s not bad for the whole car being cleaned inside. I said I didn’t want the outside done as rain was predicted for the rest of the week. I was told it wouldn’t be 3.5hrs. I said that’s fine.
I returned to find that my car hadn’t been vacuumed at all and that they had only used Amoral. I went back to the man and said that my car hadn’t been cleaned. He said you only wanted Amoral. I said no I asked for the inside of the car to be detailed and had agreed to have the Armoral done as well. I asked to speak to the manager, who said the same thing. I said if I’d known it cost $60 just to have iArmoral done I would never have agreed. I said I could have got a bottle for $20 and done it myself. The manager was very rude and said if I payed him $100 he would vacuum my car. I said I’m not giving you another $100 to cavy my car. He just stopped talking to me and walked off. I have never been so angry. I said maybe you need to make sure customers understand what they are actually getting.
I will never go there again and will not recommend them ever! Absolutely appalling service and extremely ridiculous prices.

Worst car wash around, would of been better off getting the neighbours kid's to wash it with mud water! They have no idea how to run a business. Also very rough and disrespectful of the customers cars

Got a clean inside and out last night and it was great, also props to the gentleman who waited back 10 minutes after they closed because I was running late from my nail appointment to collect my car, absolute legend thank you. He was very kind and forgiving about it and all staff were very friendly.

I’ve just picked up my car and got no hesitation to say that this was the worst possible car wash I have ever got. They charged $ 55 but did not clean inside but outside looked like it wasn’t washed at all. A bunch of cheats!

Went here and paid $75 for a basic wash which I thought was over priced but after speaking to the man he assured me that the car would look amazing not that the car was that bad in the first place.
After returning at the designated time I paid first (BIG MISTAKE) and then inspected the car. The car was still dirty small marks, missed spots on the exterior. Interior had marks on doors still, carpet still had marks, boot mat not vacumed several other marks.
Upon asking for the Manager he came and with a rude attitude explained to me that what I was asking for was not included in the basic wash and that it would be extra.
So your telling me for $75 for a wash you basically just wipe over the car and wipe the inside with no effort what so ever. I asked him to fix the issues there on the spot and that the quality of the wash I was given was not to standard and that a kid could do a better job. After realising I was not getting anywhere I asked who to call he said to contact the Head Office to fix my issues. Mind you the gentlemen picking up his car after me was also complaining about his wash.
Away i went to contact head office (what an ever bigger mistake) they were only contactable through email and it was a complete waste of time. They wanted me to return 2 days later to fix the issues but had to do it within 5 days of the email. I stated that I was not interested or happy with the 1st visit why would I return, I simply wanted another resolution which was not an option apparently.
Upon doing my research on this site I quickly realised that I was not the only person that was unhappy as you can see by reviews this site is shocking and everyone should avoid it at all costs. I also found on this day a Facebook post from another upset customer which quickly gained over 150+ comments all stating the same and that they were not happy and that poor service and quality was a daily thing at this site and that Concierge Car Wash Head Office did not care to fix.

In finishing DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAR WASH. DO NOT GO ANYWERE NEAR HERE.

I’ve been a customer of the concierge car wash team for a number of years. They always do an exceptional job, always very happy with the service and result.

Do not recommend. On my second visit. I got the inside and outside wash for $75 and was not expecting damage to my car. The damage costs well outweigh the price of the wash. I returned to talk to the manager who rang his manager who conveniently wasn’t in that day. Over the phone I was told he would look at the footage and call me back. That was over a week ago. I’m still waiting for the call. There is damage to my back door. A new door will cost over $400 you cannot buy the small section on its own. Being a pearl white you have to have it painted or matched the same. The tyres still had black brake dust on them, the side step was not cleaned, under the back wiper was not clean, seats were not put back into position, dash cam knocked off its holder and damaged the SIM card. I had to purchase a new SIM card. Bullbar was still dirty.
Please do not take your car there as it will end up costing more in damages. I’m still waiting for a call back and the staff have not taken responsibility or ownership of damaging the car. Disgraceful service. I will not be returning and will be telling everyone about the service I received. Word of mouth goes a long way!

Took my partner's car in for an interior detail, a so called 'showroom finish'. The website prices this service at $180, upon picking up the car, the so-called manager charged $280.

He was very pushy and unprofessional, and when it came to price negotiation he acted to know very little English (despite communicating just fine prior).

Upon leaving the dim garage building I could see that the job was barely attempted. The seats were soaking wet, yet had surface spots still on them. They clearly only applied some kind of shampoo and called it a day.

We went straight back in and my partner (politely) demanded that they at least clean the spots on the seat. They did so with a horrible attitude, which took them about a minute. To our shock, they then tried to get us to pay $400 for this extra work! We stayed firm, and the employee literally dropped the key on the concrete in front of me.

Don't waste your money here, these guys are thieves and not worth your time or dollars!

So accommodating and professional. The team at the Shellharbour Concierge Car Wash are really customer focussed. I use the Broadway service as well. This is a very solid and reliable company with good staff.

The man That I delth with was rude and very Arrogant and it wasn't over price and it wasn't late in the day I pre booked for 8am. This company has big customer service problem. I ended up walking away and not using the service.

Used this company to clean my car I could have spat on a rag and cleaned it better car went back 3 times to do 1 simple service that they perform day in and out 1 st time.interrior wasn't done properly 2nd time car want even done due to them being busy even though it was meant to be a touch up 3rd time the manager said if your not happy with the job don't come back paid 160.00 for this service and it was most definitely not worth it won't ever return again and will tell my friends and famy nott to bother
