Concierge Car Wash

Concierge car wash always provided good quality of car wash. I recently visited again and received $60 service as per usual but I noticed the difference. Quality’s actually improved so I asked what’s been changed. Concierge Car wash is now under new management and they provide even better quality than previous management. I am glad my regular car wash does even better job now.

Yesterday I had my car washed here and received a really good quality and professional service. Really liked it. They delivered it on time and I was super happy when I got it. Will go there again.

Been to alot of car washes and this place deserves more than 5 stars. The best car wash by far. Very attention to detail cleaning my vehicle and honest as well. Found my missing expensive earphones too. Thank you so much. Will always come back

Extremely poor Waste of money Spent $80 and found even traces of spilt milk wasn't wiped. Car interiors had lot of stains too which meant complete absence of eye for detail They just want to make some fast bucks. Doesn't even match the quality of $15 wash you find elsewhere Stay away from these guys.

It is in the Marsden street and has a separate parking reserved for the people going for car wash. It is there in the Westfield parking, Parramatta.

Extremely unprofessional staff.the car was completely dirty from inside and when asked to clean they got angry.

BEWARE THEY ARE THIEVES! MAKE SURE YOU TAKE ALL YOUR VALUABLES BECAUSE IF YOU DONT THEY WILL STEAL AND NOT OWN UP! BUYER BEWARE

What concierge, you have to do it yourself, unless you go for the automatic, works out about same price buy the time you brush on and wash off, coin machine was broken lost $10

Not worth the $80 spent! Didn’t wipe inside panels and when asked about it blamed old plastic. Left ute tray full of grass, not even opened. Outside was a sub-par job. Not even worth 1 star. Would have gotten a better job from my 12 year old step-brother for $10. Convinced they didnt even use chemicals to clean anything. Windows still dirty also.

They don't deserve even 1 star. Charged $80 and didn't even clean the car window glasses / vacuum the car and when asked the staff replied soooooooo rudely. Worst place.

Very unprofessional service. They have damaged my car which was left for car wash. When I noticed this while picking up my car, they refused to accept their error and instead argued that it was an existing damage. The car was fully inspected before they started the job and no damages were recorded during that time. The owner was not available when this happened and he wanted to discuss once he is back which has not happened for 3 months now. I wouldn't leave my car here again if I want my car back in one piece
