Concierge Car Wash

Unethical - we have been charged for a poor service. The car wasn’t washed properly. Would never use their service even for free of charge. Such a disgrace.

So convenient and always a great job. Staff are always lovely and car always look great. Really couldn’t fault them

I used this car was for a standard wash, upon picking up my vehicle I noticed a rather large crack in my windscreen (covering from drivers side across to the passengers side of the window). Immediately approached the staff washing the cars and asked what had happened, instant response was that my vehicle was so dirty I wouldn't have noticed it. My car has dash projector and a Navman screen display, both in line of the crack which would make it hard to miss.

I approached the manager who advised I can just contact my insurance and have it replaced and that he would watch the footage, as I expected he came back a day later saying that there was no footage that suggested the staff within the car wash had done anything to cause the damage.

My car is a new Mazda, I have no other damage to the vehicle as it is still new. I work hard to be able to pay for my car and the dishonesty of this business has set me back over $1000 for a windscreen. My advice is to to AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS, previous customers have complained about scratches on their new vehicles and many other issues, I just wish I had read the reviews prior to coming here. There are multiple other car washes within the Westfield car park, you'd only be doing yourself a favour.

When I left the car the guy said me 100$ for full wash and polish interior and outside.mine is black colour car so he said me he will do a good polish outside. I said ok. I gave them 2 hr.when I came back to pickup my car It doesn’t look like the outside polishing is done. And there was a different guy who asked me to pay 110$. I asked the previous guy said me 100$. He simply said it’s 110$. And I paid.then I asked him did u apply polish outside. He said yes then I asked him can u come and have a look. He said I’m busy and I need to deliver other car.i don’t like to ask anything else there. I left that place by deciding I will not go back again. Pls give value to the customer and try to spend few minutes to listen their concerns.

I took my car for washing, polishing, waxing and other services to concierge car wash at Westfield Parramatta. I must say everything was done till perfection. The service was too good and cost effective that I can easily recommend it to everyone.
Will definitely visit them next time too.

Spent $65 on an interior and exterior clean and came back to my car still dirty on the windscreen and rear bumper. I was able to spot clean what they didn’t with a tissue lol

Not worth the price and the time at all.
I got full details wash which costed me $250. It took them more then 4 hours to get it ready and still was not done properly. Poor service, I was charged for parking on top of that, cause they took so long.
It was not vacuumed properly, inside I was not wiped too fully, and they also broke my one of wiper they didn’t tell me found out after & it which scratched my windscreen.
I Will never go to them again. Staff is not sure of what they doing and they very slow.

Unbelievable service with top quality results and price is very affordable with friendly professional staff I’ll definitely be back as a regular customer.

I've used few servises upon my visit on 28th march. Wash and polish were preety good however the area around car logo on tail gate of my ute was skipped. I had requested for steam cleaning for seats while i had got just shampoo clean stuff done. Plus interior of one wheel was literally not done (right rear back wheel).
I couldn't notice it as the car was in shadow so come to know when i had already left the place. Still giving 3 stars for interior clean and polish work.

Hello everyone, I worked here with this car wash for two weeks but there is guy there name is jack (Jaskaran singh), he did not give my money he told me that he did not give money back i think he do with everyone who is working there. I do not know why i did not get my hardworking money.i texted him by he did not reply, i call him he does not answer my call.very bad people in australia

Brilliant service. First time user at this car wash. Having tried numerous car washes in the area, I could immediately tell the big difference in quality. Definitely recommend it.

First visit to Parramatta westfield location, I am impressed with their service. They have done a great job on my vehicle with good attention to detail. Excellent job! Will visit again.

The manager is awesome, very friendly and provides good advice on what’s suitable for the car depending on how dirty it is.

Great quality car wash. Friendly service. They even threw in a free polish for my BMW. This is the only local car wash i trust to do the job properly!
