Concierge Car Wash

I had my car washed today by the Conceirge team. They did an excellent job! They managed to get red stains left by leaves off my car. I was extremely pleased The team are pleasant and efficient and the price is very reasonable. I will definitely be going back.

Did a full detailing with them yesterday, got home and checked it nicely to find so many spots with paints peeled off. And the interior has started getting so many white spots all over my car. Never going back!

If I could give a minus I would. They had the car for over 2 hours and when it was picked up all they did was just a quick vacuum. We paid for premium wash and nothing was done. Do not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I made a booking the day before for 4pm. Cleared my car out and drove all the way there to be told they didn't have the staff to clean my car. When I asked if they see bookings in the morning, he said yes. So I asked why they couldn't have called me to tell me this, when they had all day to, the guy just shrugged and mumbled.

I had rearranged my day and had a 2.5 year old in the car to wrangle to organise this. Terrible management and no apologies whatsoever.

Absolutely appalling. Both my son and I made online bookings at different times, we both arrived and both were told they couldn't do the wash. The fellow was on his own- no staff. He unfortunately wasn't friendly or helpful. A total inconvenience and a system that is clearly not working. I called the office to make the complaint and was offered no compensation and again wasn't helpful. They've lost 2 customers and we'll never go back.

I feel misled as I made a booking at 3.30pm using the online booking system for a 3-4pm arrival time. I arrived at 3.45pm and was refused service because they had too many cars to wash. I was also charged a booking fee at the time which is non-refundable despite the fact that I did everything right. The website was still accepting bookings at 3.50pm for 4-5pm arrival even though they were too busy to wash anymore cars. The staff were very unhelpful and made me call an unknown man's mobile number to discuss it more who eventually hung up on me.

Initially I was giving the car in Baulkham hills shop but the outcome was not that much satisfied and few of the cleaning was not done properly but again based on their customer support It got re worked again by Sunny from Paramatta shop and he has cleaned vey well and I got complete satisfaction post cleaned by sunny. Thank you so much for your humble response and customer satisfaction mindset Sunny.

Great service even tho I was a bad customer, didnt realised the time and i wasn't picking up the phone, yet the car washer guy waited for me for a whole hour. I'm sorry about that.

He also gave me a great clean of the car, showing me what he could do and offer.

Never go here. Booked online and this dingy looking guy came out in flip flops and pressured me into getting a $100 car wash. I said no so he said $65 for the original car wash I wanted. I said no, it says $45 on your website. At this point i knew this was a scam and I knew he wasn’t gonna do a proper job. Those people just wanna make money off you and scam you. Never come here

The worst ever customer service I have ever experienced. I asked for a wash as advertised $55 and the man refused to wash my car for that price and recommended my hatchback needed a detail wash for $120. A disgraceful place and will never recommend anyone to come to this unprofessional company who clearly steals

Took my car there early morning and was the first car there, I left it there to get a super wash while I was out with friends. Came back 6 hours after a long and they haven't even done my car yet and made us pay $75

Left my car to be washed at 1: 30 pm on 14th June at Westfield Parramatta. I was told the car would be ready by 4: 30pm. When I went back to pickup my car, they haven't cleaned and completely forgot about my job.

My car looks sparkling after the car wash. Excellent service despite only one person who was working that day did the best job possible. Keep up the great work

Terrible service, made a online booking a few days ago, arrived 15minutes early just to be told they didn't have time to clean my car, they were too busy, they could have notified me as I made the booking 3 days prior

Could not use the service because we booked online and when we went to drop the car were told the online booking did not count and they were booked up.we were sent away and told to complain to head office!

Located on level6 Westfield parramatta. They do have website where you can make booking online. I gave my SUV for exterior washing and interior deep cleaning. I am satisfied with the work. Guys was fast and delivered my car back quick and clean. You can get you car clean while you finish your shopping in the mall.

The Guys did such a wonderful job with my cat they are great I was just upset cause they lost one of my car mats and said It was only 3 I was too tired to argue so I just left. Only thing is take photos of your car mats before you give it to them cause now I have to spend 80 bucks to get one

The best car detailing I've had, hands down! The attention to detail was amazing. Brought our other car back for a polish and detail before selling it. Superb job once again! Highly recommend.

I took my car to Concierge car wash Parramatta, I was very impressed with there service.
They cleaned and hand polished my car, the end results were very impressive. I would definitely recommend them everyone else.
