This place is a joke. Cash withdraw ATM out of service. When asked about it, this woman working at bank asked me back "can you read the sign? " Well, my question for her: " do you know what you should be doing here? " Do not expect any service here.

What a shambles of a business. Always placing saving money over customer service. Shame and its time to change banks.

They put in silence their phone so no waste your time calling. They will never answer the phone. I already recorded all their faults. See you at the fair trading department. Completely misslead information. Worst bank ever

1. Waiting for ages at the teller counter and then was told that had to go back to the staff near the entrance to be appoioted to certain teller for business.

2. The staff near the entrance (welcome staff) was not organized at all. Using a pad to note down people's name and their business is fine, but when you call people, can you recognize people's face? Or just don't try to recongise people's face and just call out people's name loudly?

Was waiting for very long time and then asked the welcome staff again and was told that they have called my wife's name? Really? ? We were sitting on the couch which is quite close to where they stand. Why we couldn't hear it?

Can you just use a ticket machine or other methods? Very inefficient. ANZ does a lot better.

3. In the teller room, the teller was trying for many times but still failed to do what we want to do in the CBA system. It should be a very easy task and then finally we went back to the teller counter and the issues were fixed.

Very bad experience.

Seriously, Guys try your best not to go this branch at noon during workdays.

Horrible experience there. Staff not friendly at all. I took one bag of coins and cash there and try to use the deposit machine. One lady Staff just keep telling me go to another branch as another branch got big coins machine. She never thought the risk I might face with when I take few K coins and cash walk on the street. After discussed with her then she refuse talk to me anymore and hiding in the staff room. This branch is the safest one from carpark to the bank as I don’t need go outside of shopping centre. Never go that one again

I've utilised all of the major banks for my retail banking in recent years (I still use more than one.for various reasons).

From an online banking perspective it's certainly superior, but when face-to-face interaction is required, I'm never dissapointed either.

This bank consistently provides 6 star customer service, along with most other branches. And this one may reach 6.5!

This bank has invested $3.9Billion in fossil fuels last year - the biggest funders in Australia.

When I was a kid, they gave me a money box to save for the future.

These days they deny our children a future.

Who do they think they are?

The staff are efficient and helpful. My problem with Commbank is they are still financing the fossil fuel industry to wreck not only our environment but to contribute to world CO2 emissions and exacerbating the effects of climate change. They need to listen to the the overwhelming scientific evidence on how this will warm the planet.
