Horrible, Rude, Selecting which customer go first even tho there was a line.as this is mostly an asain branch the asain goes first i was not the only white customer to mention this to the manager again to be ignored, as myself and other customers commented the manager continued walking didn't even look our way,

I will File a complaint higher up when i see her name i will post it here so her managers see. I was not greeted upon entry, even tho im a business account and i do my business banking here every 3 days.

I've also had an issue with staff returning calls, it does not happen.ive had an issue on the 13th-3-23 where i deposited cash through the atm and deposited it incorrectly, after speaking to staff in branch they took necessary details and would continue to tell me the Manager will call me. With no phone call after the third day waiting.

I expect alot better service here, i bank 1000's a week.to be ignored? ! Im thinking i may go NAB which is on the street.there service is exceptional.

Don't got there if you need assistance with anything beyond the most basic of tasks.like things you already know how to to. They have repeatedly been incompetent and we now go to a different branch. All the reviews praising that Christine also look suspicious as!

I arrived 7 minutes before close and wanted to take cash but was told “no tailor services” very disappointed!

Christine Cao was very helpful and professional in handling our queries. She has given extra service in organising our accounts and advising easier ways to access them. Will definitely drop into to the branch again if I need further information.

The Chatswood Chase Branch has very bad customer service, especially from Christine. She was very disrespectful and spoke with an attitude. She was extremely rude and I’m not sure who put her in charge of the whole shop. Not helpful at all so I travelled to the Westfield branch and they were able to do what Christine said she “didn’t have the ability” to do. Would NOT recommend Chatswood Chase. Instead, the Westfield Branch.

Unfortunately I have had a bad experience when asked for help with a travel insurance activating today 21 Nov 2022 at 13: 20.
Low professionalism and lack of passion, rude attitude can characterize the person introduced herself as Christine (but I not sure if it's a real name because she didn't have a badge). She showed a zero knowledge and rejected my request for help.
Hope this is an exceptional case and it's not a regular practice for this branch of Commonwealth Bank.

Christine Cao's The business is handled very quickly, the service is also very good, and both Chinese and English can communicate fluently.
Go to Chatswood Chase Commonwealth Bank to open a new bank account and she is explaining everything about the new account. On top of that, she also explained to me what I would get if I converted my home loan and commercial banking to cba. She is a very professional business person.
