Great spot for a rainy day. Little girl loved the butterflies Wasn’t a big fan of the dinosaurs though.

I usually love supporting small businesses such as this one. However, my recent experience was quite awful. We paid $18 pp to see the Butterfly House, which was very small. We then proceeded to the 'Live Insect' room, most of the insect's glass tanks were completely empty. The only live insects we saw were snails and a cricket in the wrong tank.
After that we went to the café and were greeted by a $5.80 coffee that took over 15 minutes to make (it wasn't very busy either), and was without a doubt the worst coffee I'd ever tasted.

Will definitely not be back and would definitely not recommend.

Nice enclosed place where different types of butterflies are kept in natural environment and one can go inside and watch them very close.

We visited for the first time from Melbourne and loved it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. To top our day our son got to meet some Dinosaurs too which he loved. Thanks again

A nice place to visit while in Coffs Harbour. Be warned though, the butterfly room is quite warm and humid so take off your jacket or jumper before heading in there. The butterflies were stunning and it was very easy to observe them throughout the enclosure.

There's not much better than a 3 year olds face when a butterfly lands on them. Watching them hatch out was amazing too. Worth a visit

A great place to relax and enjoy time out. It's a real pleasure to be surrounded by butterflies. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. My grandkids loved the hands on experience.

Pretty neat little attraction. I liked how they added the maze and other insects to have more for the kids to do. The staff was very outgoing and cheery. I think the stick bugs were probably a bigger hit with my kids (7 and 13) than even the butterflies.

Lovely place for the children to observe & learn about butterflies & their life cycle but too expensive

Loved it! Definately for all ages and boys too. Looks like a family business with some awesome information and species of butterflies. Highly recommend on a sunny day when butterflies are most active.

We had a great time at the Butterfly House with our 3 school aged kids. The butterflies are amazing and beautiful and land on you. Scones and milkshakes were great in the cafe, peaceful surroundings, fun maze and the dinosaurs were a hit with the kids.

Small place with beautiful butterflies. Kids would enjoy it. Was told 10am -2pm is the best time, when it's warm and humid. Great cafe. Freshly made sandwiches, pizza and scones straight out of the oven. Friendly staff with smiles on their face even though they are busy and running out of ingredients.

Awesome activity for both adults and children, however the activities are tailpred towards children. The butterfly exibit is beautiful and the butterflies are well cared for. The cafes food was lovely aswell.

Bit expensive for what is here. $18 an adult, has one green house of butterflies. Some are pretty but I expected more exotic unusual colourful butterfly and more of them. Though did get offered the opportunity to complete the maze for a lollipop reward. Yay

Only a few varieties of butterflies in enclosure, but you do get up close to them flying around. Other insect displays to see, gift shop pricing is reasonable.

Always a nice place to visit with the kids. See the butterflies, have afternoon tea and walk the maze.

We dont have anything like this near home so it was a nice experience. The kids aged 3 and 6 got over it kind of fast, we spent maybe 40 minutes there in total. It gets humid inside the butterfly house so personally wouldnt reccomend going on a hot day as it qould be less enjoyable, but you can move out to the cafe for a break and re enter. There is a room with a few reptile tanks. Happy to have done it but wouldn't need to go back again. Staff were friendly.
