Its not often when buying a property that you feel like the selling agent is on your team. Not that they aren't on the team of the vendor but that they've found the balance of professional, friendly and authentic for both parties. That's how we felt buying from Alex Trovato and Daniel Patterson.

Alex had a natural instinct about him - knowing what we wanted, needed and would suit us - that you don't often see in younger agents. Every interaction I had with him left me feeling heard, supported and managed fairly. It's those big things combined with the little things (like helping us unlock the back door on moving-in night) that speaks volumes. There wasn't anything too big or too small. In fact, I would have trusted Alex with the entire buying or in fact selling process.

There's no doubt that Daniel has crafted his skill well. A natural people person he is eager to get the best result for both parties in a way that supports and respects their interests and needs. One of the worst if not the worst real estate for renters. They will try and squeeze every cent from you. Fiona has no idea what empathy is trying to make light of a serious situation with sarcastic comments when we had issues. Angelica who has no understanding of customer service when dealing with clients. Being told one thing from the real estate and being told something completely different from the owner. The agency has an attitude problem not knowing how to converse with their clients.
