I am 1st time renter and needed to find a place asap, Jessica went above & beyond in helping me secure my home. She kept me informed at all times. She's extremely knowledgeable, genuine & trustworthy. She's always ready to answer my queries no matter what it is. She has made this big transition such a seamless experience. I would have no qualms recommending c&h drummoyne to people i know and would definitely highlight Jessica for making the experience a positive one.

This is the best real estate i have used, everyone there has been very helpful when needing help. Renting can be tough as there are a few people that are involved when it comes to you being in a property. It’s also not easy for an agent to manage a number of properties in their portfolio, but my experience with Cobden and Hayson Drummoyne in particular my property manager makes me feel as though I am the only renter in his portfolio. Jimmy Kang responds to my emails straight away, has issues fixed within a couple of days and keeps us updated with any actions happening around the property well in advance. Jimmy has made it a breeze from the moment I inspected the property to now. Definitely the most professional and caring (for tenant and landlord) Real Estate Agency I’ve dealt with.
