Cobden & Hayson Drummoyne

I’m back. I haven’t been with Cobden&Hayson for 3&1/2 years and I’ve missed them. I was with them for approximately 8 years previously and they are still the best real estate agency I’ve ever been with. I’ve been with Annandale and now Drummoyne and dealt with others in my rental searches. From my experience it’s across all locations. Across the board they are the best. Professional courteous friendly helpful efficient honest and so on. They will always be my first (and usually only) recommendation. They always go that little bit extra.

Great service. Mia and Tanya made the whole experience very easy and stress free. Simone and the team went above and beyond to help out when settlement was brought forward. We were very happy with the result.

Mia was amazing to deal with, this is the second property she has sold for us and I wouldn't use another agent. Mia is a fantastic negotiator, she is honest and trustworthy. We were very lucky to find her.

Very thankful that our return to renting after being an owner/occupier for over 10 years was via C&H. Throughout our tenancy Simone and Jimmy were extremely responsive and helpful. You hear some horror stories as tenants but C&H made our tenancy painless. If our investment property was in their area we would not hesitate to use them as our agency either as they are very professional.

Daniel and Alexander from C&H Drummoyne were the selling agents for a property my wife and I recently purchased. We're currently overseas which made inspecting the property, bidding at auction and concluding the sale much more complicated. However Daniel and Alexander made the process very easy and were always willing to help and accommodate our circumstances. Daniel was a tough but fair negotiator who made sure a deal was done on the day to the satisfaction of all parties. Very pleased with my experience!

Great agency but as a tenant we always feel like we are under scrutiny and not quite good enough.
