We worked with Anthony Ross from Cobden Hayson who was very experienced in handling the sale of homes in the areas in which we were seeking to purchase i.e. Balmain, Birchgrove and Drummoyne.

We recently sold our unit through Cobden & Hayson, who have been managing it as a rental property for many years. They demand lots of documents without clear instruction via email (what are ‘payslip 2 and payslip 3’? And upload via a 12 step process!?) when we have already submitted payslips. And this was after we have uploaded so many personal documents.

Then, within 3 hours of a request for more documents, I receive a ‘you are unsuccessful’ email.

Nonsensical service, and poor functioning online platform.

Really disappointed. Received a confirmation text and email the day of inpesction and waited 20 minutes at the property. I called the agency to find out what was going on, only to find out they had cancelled the inspection. There was no email and no text advising of the cancellation.
