I have been on out strata committee for a number of years. Andy Toutzaridis is out manager for out strata who has always been diligent with our strata needs. We have a healthy fund and the building is well maintained. Civium recognised we are their clients and have been very helpful in a number of ways from resident disputes, building maintenances and guidance with the by-laws.i will be certainly recommending my new strata to consider CIVIUM in the future. Andy has been a pleasure to deal with over the years.

Note: I’ve already emailed the strata company several times with no response so useless requesting I contact the company directly as at the end of the day, no work will be actioned.

Amanda Hanania consistently provides our building with great service. She is prompt with responding to emails and is always professional dealing with issues.

Amanda Hanania has got to be the most incompetent SM I have ever had dealings with, she has absolutely no idea about her role and struggles to answer simple questions at our meeting and comes with an attitude of a top notch lawyer. I have worked with SMs enough in my years to read through the tough stance. There is no need for it.

Amanda Hanania is sufficient and proactive. She is a knowledgeable Strata Manager and also a people person which is great to have. I highly recommend Amanda to manage your building if you are looking for a good and reliable manager.

Milica Serdar is the best, by far, Strata Manager we have had. I have lived in my unit for 7 years and Milica is very efficient, highly professional and just gets things done. Highly recommend her. Thank you Milica for all your hard work, you make living in a unit bearable!

I find Civium Strata a very good company, I find our manager Milica Serdar to be efficient, hardworking, replies to requests in a timely fashion, understands strata law and professional in her manner. The offices are professional looking and in a good location. I would recommend Civium and Milica
