Civium Strata Sydney Inner West

Worst strata ever. Never take action or repairs with anything on time. Why pay them fees? I paid special levy for new elevator 2years ago, but it has not been finished yet. Civium is the most unprofessional company.

Our strata manager Sophia Lentros has been very professional in assisting us as we look to improve our property. She is accountable for all her work and shows high levels of integrity. Her efficiency has made this process much easier for us especially in this busy upcoming Christmas period! We are grateful to be assisted by Sophia and look forward to continue staying in touch with her for our future plans!

The Civium staff member handling our Strata (2 Cahill St Beverly Hills), is Sophia Lentros. We have always found her to be helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient in our dealings with her.
Our 2021 AGM was very well prepared giving owners plenty of advance notice and well documented agenda and documentation. The meeting went efficiently and smoothly. The owners present were given plenty of opportunities to express their opinions on the motion being discussed. We certainly felt our contributions were valued and not dismissed.
We do hope she continues to represent us.

It is difficult to find a good strata company, especially when you are in a small block. I believe Civium is now starting to respond to the needs of smaller clients. Getting timely replies, as well as accurate and unbiased information is essential for any sized strata block and I feel that we are now seeing that service in Civium.

We have recently changed over to Civium Strata (working with Sophia) and have had a great experience! She is a great communicator and has done an amazing job improving the finances of our strata plan.

Sophia Lentros has been great to work with. Prompt and efficient and works with you as opposed to against you!

The most unprofessional and idle company. My experience with civium has been horrific to say the least. In the past, emails were taking weeks for a response, urgent matters were palmed off to the owners to deal with. Not much has changed.

Civium like to do the absolute bare minimum, forcing owners to literally take matters into there own hands. They're good at chasing money though. Civiums email responses have improved in regards to not having to wait weeks although they have absolutely no interest in helping solve issues or providing you with any solutions, just blank vanilla emails (may as well be a robot / automated response).

I had recently been charged $44 admin fee from civium for a $30 fob. The admin fee would be justifiable if they had done there job but instead, they palmed that off to my partner, with an email telling her to contact the company directly, liaise and pay for it. Now, if civium had done there job and called 'said' company, ordered them to send us the invoice then it would be fair enough (although $44 admin charge is on the higher side) but instead, in true civium style, they order us to do there job for them.

I highly recommend staying away from civium.

Just completed a strata report with Civium Strata. Strata searches are usually conducted in person, but during these tough times and the lockdown in Sydney we are unable to do this. I had a problem with a neighbor who built a structure on his balcony with a down pipe going down my kitchen window. I rang Sophia Lentros who is our strata manager at Civium (The best Strata would recommend to everyone) Sophia handled my problem asap and I am so grateful and thank full for her help again thank you Sophia for your great Service.
