Don't use them, just don't.
We have been stuck with them since they bought SOS strata, they 'forgot' to invoice us for 9 months and then demanded 3 payments withing 30 days, charge through the roof for every service, we have had to call out companies to fix the repairs that they have initiated and they introduce new fees every year, but the fund continually runs out of money.

Ridiculous! Called up to report some safety issues of common stairwell which all lights at all levels went off. This is about common safety! Unfortunately, without allowing me to tell them the issues, I was quickly told that they are not able to speak to me that I needed to tell my real estate agent of my issues.

How efficient is this that message has to go through someone who is clearly non of their responsible? This does not make any sense.

Also, told them the possum kept coming to our balcony and they insisted I have to tell the agent to report the issue to the strata. Agent has already reported this incident months ago and possum been coming to our unit for more than a year and still no actions yet you do not accept reports of issues in the common property which you are responsible for? How efficient it is?

what is the logic of telling someone (agent) who told me the same thing that they are not responsible that I have to tell the strata myself? And you throwing the ball back to the agent? Common! Ridiculous!

Worst service ever, trying to get one job done for my property, but seems like no one care. Trying to contact the property manager but he is always out of the office, no reply in the email. (I don't like to write negatively about anyone but this time I can't resist myself).

So fortunate to have Steven Feng as our strata manager for the last 6 months, he’s always efficient, communicative and get things done without fuss! Have really been the best
source of information and support we need in managing our building recommended

Absolutely tragic at Strata Management. We the tenants and owners managed our property better than they did. No consistency or internal communication within their departments. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Civium is looking after our building and I had the pleasure of dealing with their agent Carl Paterson during my renovations. He's been a 5 star dedicated professional, and a nice and understanding person. Our building seen a great improvement since he's taken over as property manager.

Sophia Lentros is amazing and very helpful. Unlike other strata managers she works really hard to get all requests approved quickly. Highly recommended.

Terrible service. Was reporting a leak with contaminated water in my backyard and Civium is taking 4 months to fix the issue (the issue is not fixed yet, only scheduled). My young daughter and my family is expected to bear with this appalling service till they can fix this issue. If possible AVOID

Civium have managed a rental property for me for some years. In particular, I have found Andy Toutzaridis to be knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to issues associated with the building. His friendly and responsive approach has made dealing with him a pleasure. Having dealt with other Strata Managers from another company, I recommend Andy and Civium

In all honestly I was preparing the ground work to leave Civium, but after Carl Paterson was appointed the Strata Manager the situation changed dramatically for the better and now we have signed up for a further 3 years and included a clause that Carl has to remain our SM for that entire period,

The most unprofessional and idle company. My experience with civium has been horrific to say the least. In the past, emails were taking weeks for a response, urgent matters were palmed off to the owners to deal with. Not much has changed.

Civium like to do the absolute bare minimum, forcing owners to literally take matters into there own hands. They're good at chasing money though. Civiums email responses have improved in regards to not having to wait weeks although they have absolutely no interest in helping solve issues or providing you with any solutions, just blank vanilla emails (may as well be a robot / automated response).

I had recently been charged $44 admin fee from civium for a $30 fob. The admin fee would be justifiable if they had done there job but instead, they palmed that off to my partner, with an email telling her to contact the company directly, liaise and pay for it. Now, if civium had done there job and called 'said' company, ordered them to send us the invoice then it would be fair enough (although $44 admin charge is on the higher side) but instead, in true civium style, they order us to do there job for them.

I highly recommend staying away from civium.

Carl Paterson has been doing a great job! He always takes accountability and ownership of issues at hand and then follows it through to its logical conclusion to closure.

He has been a great advocate for our strata plan and always presented the right options for us to pursue in matters related to the strata!

He has always been readily available to help the residents and owners work through anything that has required attention!

Having worked with various strata managers, I have found Andy Toutzaridis of Civium to be the most professional, level headed and practical strata manager I have dealt with and would highly recommend Andy for any owners corporation.

I recently brought a property in which is managed by Civium Strata Sydney. I came across a few hurdles when wanting to renovate but I was lucky enough to come across the most loveliest and understanding Strata Manager Sophia Lentros. I explained my situation she listened and did the best in her power to help me out. Sophia is a true professional in what she does.she is very prompt in replying to my emails and communicated with me throughout the whole process. I totally recommend Sophia Lentros and her team at Civium Strata Sydney.
