I have been a frequent visitor at the clinic for more than 4 years now.
The staff and the doctors have always been helpful and respectful.
Dr Gupta diagnosed my one month son’s health issues correctly even after the doctors at the public hospital turned us away.

I've been trying to find a reliable, friendly and knowledge doctor for a long time now and I have definitely found that here! Dr Wang and the nurse (I'm so sorry I don't know your name!) have been exceptional and have been so wonderful to me. Dr Wang explained my condition as well as the process and gave me a variety of treatment options. I will be making them my regular doctor from now on!

The doctors at this practice are very thorough, approachable and knowledgeable. The reception and nursing staff are also professional and friendly. I would highly recommend the practice.

As a long-standing patient (along with all of my family) of this medical practice, I highly recommend Dr Gupta. Not only is he very professional and thorough when urgent medical attention is needed, he is also very attentive, supportive and caring for all on-going health care requirements. Would also like to highlight that his staff; Tania and Robyn continuously go above and beyond when making sure my three young children feel comforted and well looked after. This surgery is great for families and ensuring continued care.

Happy to say, I started seeing Dr Gupta as my work Docter with my workers compensation claim, , now he is also my family Dr, he looks after all your health needs.

I've had a really good experience at this medical centre, except in one instance. Recently I booked a phone consult and the doctor was late so I had to call and reschedule since I had to go to work. The second time I didn't get a call even though I waited for it all afternoon. As a result, I need to book a third time.

As this medical is very busy I understand it can be hard to fit everyone in. What I wrote is feedback rather than a complaint.:)

I have been a patient of Dr Guptas for the last 6 months, I feel I was very fortunate to have chosen to attend the City Medical Clinic. The staff are always super helpful and very friendly. Dr Gupta is amazing, very genuine and caring and is certainly helping me through some tough and challenging times. Highly recommend City medical.

After moving down to Kiama from Sydney. We kinda ended up at this surgery. Originally my partners doctor was doctor Donovan but after he moved. My partner sees Dr larysa. No complaints, reception lady is always very polite. Parking around the side of the building is alright. The blood testing centre is next door which helps. Bit a mission from Kiama but worth the drive.

I have been a patient at City Medical Centre Wollongong for the past three years. They are a wonderful medical practice with genuine and caring medical professionals. Dr Gupta is second to none with a great bed side manner and is genuinely personable.

Bonus quality: The man can sew! Dr Gupta removed a mole for my very vain teenager and the scar is almost non-existent!

I have had to see many doctors over the years for my mental health, all who have left me feeling like I was at fault or a burden or that I was wasting their time.
Dr Donovan takes time to listen, explain things clearly, and follow up. I really can't thank him enough for supporting me on my health journey.

I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone that values their health and wants a doctor that’s holistic and empowering.

Rude unhelpful lazy to listen even for an important situation I don’t recommend this place all they want is money they don’t care about people’s health
