Terrible experience, receptionist blanked me and then the doctor I saw wasn’t helpful at all and was googling answers had no clue how to help. Didn’t even ask to take a look at my foot and I had to tell her what the probable case was. Was charged $80 when they said it was for weekends and I came on a Friday.

Great doctors but unfortunately some really unfriendly and unhelpful receptionists that don’t know what they’re doing!

I had the worst experience with Dr Harender Saroha. I felt this doctor would not believe me and repeatedly asked the same questions as if I would change my mind. This type of treatment might border on gaslighting but I will let you decide.
I attended for a review of my asthma medication as I have been having lots of symptoms on my current medication (preventor) and have needed the use of a reliever (Ventolin) very often, roughly every 2 hours. Discussing the issue, I got teary and continued explaining whilst crying a little (makes sense, I am using my medications correctly but can’t breathe, very frustrating). This made him ask about anxiety and suggest that anxiety could be causing the issue (difficulty breathing) to which I insisted ‘no, no anxiety, I am a diagnosed asthmatic’ naming the Specialist that diagnosed me. I explained that I cry often and freely its not really a big deal for me and doesn’t mean I’m particularly upset declaring with a laugh something like “I’m a crier no need to worry ”. He asked again about anxiety before listening to my lungs (which sound normal as I have been ‘treating’ the issue with heavy Ventolin use). He persists in asking again about anxiety again, telling me “it’s not normal to cry this much” (clearly he didn’t listen to what I said) asking me more about my home life, supports and mental health again, saying “are you sure? Maybe something unresolved in childhood”. If I had childhood trauma this is a horrible way and time to talk about it, not trauma informed, or person centred at all. I’m here regarding an ongoing asthma flair up not mental health and have been very focused on my asthma treatment all appointment.
He finally gave up on the anxiety ‘issue’ (his issue not mine), prescribing me a medication I have had adverse reactions to in the past despite having this knowledge. I know sometimes adverse reactions are okay if the benefits outweigh the cost, but I don’t feel he explained why it was the best option very well.
To be clear the issue isn’t that the Dr asked about anxiety and mental health. I know that it is a fair question given the symptom overlap, it is that he asked repeatedly, more than 6 times despite receiving clear answers and focused on my tears even though this was not what needed treating. Honestly the whole experience was horrible and felt very 1950s - A women is crying she must be hysterical-. Seems like Dr Saroha is not for people if they might cry, a very normal thing if you’re facing health issues.

Won't be going back. Booked in at 12: 30pm. 45 mins later still waiting in the waiting room. Dr Gupta is a good doctor but I'm over GP's not being able to manage their appointments and respect other's time. I manage a busy schedule and am punctual for my client's appointments. I expect the same courtesy from medical practitioners and have never understood why the public put up with this from their GP's.

The doctors are great, with the exception of Dr Anna Li. She is rigid, dense, and frustratingly slow. It is no wonder this is the doctor is most often available, but it is nonetheless disappointing they were hired and have wasted people's times.

This place used to be bulk billed but now they have started charging 25$ out of pocket Gap fee.
International students/professionals I would recommend looking for places that are bulk billed so you save this gap fee.

Other than this, all the doctors here are very professional and helpful that's why 3 stars!

Very professional and pleasant doctors who are very knowledgeable as well as take necessary time on your case instead of concentrating of getting more patients through their door like some others.

I've had a really good experience at this medical centre, except in one instance. Recently I booked a phone consult and the doctor was late so I had to call and reschedule since I had to go to work. The second time I didn't get a call even though I waited for it all afternoon. As a result, I need to book a third time.

As this medical is very busy I understand it can be hard to fit everyone in. What I wrote is feedback rather than a complaint.:)

The doctors I've seen here have always been very good and accommodating. Unfortunately there seems to be a high turnover of doctors. The appointment system is good and the doctors always seem to run on time.

Decided to make this clinic my regular GP about a year ago - best decision. I've seen Dr Li and Dr Skrypnyk several times and I've had a comfortable, professional experience every time. They don't overbook patients so wait time is actually reasonable - a rarity in the area. Reception have always been lovely. The RNs (sorry I cannot remember names) are always efficient and gentle. The Drs prioritise getting to know you and treating you as a whole human being, rather than a collection of symptoms. The place is clean and calm. Worth the slightly higher gap fee than other budget clinics.

Hi there I can’t fault this practice! My Dr Gupta is a beautiful no nonsense man, honest, sincere and no flossing over his opinion. Tanya is amazing on the front desk and she is also no flossing honest and professional and lives a good joke. Robyn the RN is also a gem lovely honest and can give you a needle without any pain among other great assets. If you want a great professional experience you should try city medical.

I had a regular checkup here. Dr. H Saroha is so kind, sarcastic in a good way and best in giving medical advice. It felt calm and peaceful after the visit. The doctor and Staff were kind and accommodating.
