75I don't want to even give this so called medical centre one star the front desk staff are so rude and so unhelpful shame on U all this place should be shut down if U can avoid it don't go here worst experience ever
The nurse works at Pathology has given me a hard time with venipuncture. Never had my blood taken from basilic vein.post two weeks now but still sore to touch.
The waiting on hold for someone to answer the telephone is a disgrace. On average 1 hour before you talk to someone. I feel for the elderly who don't have access to online booking who must wait everytime they need to make an appointment
Zero star if I may. Do not do a telehealth appointment as you won't get a call back at the telehealth appointment time. The doctor may call you anytime within their shift and you will not be informed of when you will receive the call. The front desk is extremely unfriendly and would not help with clarification as well. Worst place to be for a patient!
Was a patient of doctor Ashley for a long time, now that he has retired i was rudely informed by the receptionist that they were not taking any of doctor Ashleys patients. The receptionists have been incredibly rude everytime i've gone there or called them however the doctors there are generally very polite and professional, it's a shame their image is being damaged by the poor behaviour of the front desk staff.
Excellent medical centre! Wait times can be long but that is to expected for walk in’s. Over all a good experience.
I have been seeing this practice for a while now as it is my local gp, only to come home sick and upset every time after my visit as front desk staff are always horribly rude and seem totally uninterested in their job/care for the patients who are obviously not in sorts. The doctors are every worse. I’ve been back so many times for the same issues as almost every dr I see rushes me out or tells me fake information just to get me out on time. I always feel so insignificant leaving this place and honestly would much prefer to spend $80 on a private practice.

Dont ever put youre foot in this place. Awful nasty receptionists talk about other patients. Leave youre job if you are miserable young blonde girl!
Covid jab this morning was a pleasurable experience. Appointment took place on time. Front reception staff were busy but still polite. In the special vaccine centre, Receptionist Tracy and Nurse Margaret were exceptionally courteous, and efficient.even agreed to take my photo, to help stop my family worrying! Tracy and Margaret are obvious assets to this practice. Their pleasant, co-operative approach gets a 10+ from me. One step closer to visiting my daughter in London! My friend’s experience was exactly the same, and she also sends her thanks.
They refuse to answer the phone!
Then eventually they did, told me to hold and hung up on me!
Absolutely horrible experience, Dr Peter Ashley was rude, arrogant and and generally unknowledgeable. Public safety is at risk as long as this doctor is employed.
Was told it would be a 3 hour wait. I went away like they said and came back and checked in. I asked reception twice how long it would be after waiting another 3 hours. I then asked a third time to be told “oh we didn’t know you were back”. So overall I waited 6 hours for nothing.
You are rude, unorganised and cost me an entire day off work.
You guys shouldn’t even be allowed to be a medical practice due to the 3 brain cells shared between all staff.
Dr Beverly Brooks was totally and utterly rude, condescending and made me feel like I was a complete imbecile because I couldn’t keep up with her Medical Jargon.
The service provided was absolutely appalling and if there was a way to give her 0 stars then I would.
Been going here for a very long time now and I have never had to go elsewhere because the respect I have received is awesome. They seem to have a policy that patients are first and foremost.
Walk in off the street and you could bring a couple of meals for the wait. Book an appointment online and it's very quick.
I went here based on bulk bill as I wanted only a referral for blood test! I was in with doctor for minimal time and during consult only had federal printed not so much as a pulse check!
After app informed no bulk bill and that I was being charged $90 for long app but would get $80 back so I was like ok
I pay the bill and was only after informed I would wait 2 to 3 days to get the money back!
This doctor got paid for doing literally nothing and despite what the website stated they do not bulk bill!
WILL NOT GO BACK HERE EVER!
Reception can be very rude, just for asking a simple question such as 'how long is the wait? ', 'what doctors are available' and 'can I duck out to get a coffee? (Because there's always a minimum 2hr wait to see a doctor) '
The wait time is alwats 2hrs minimum, which to me seems like there is never enough doctors available to see the patients.
If all you want to get is a new script for your medication you have to wait to see a doctor, but as it's a lomg wait for a quick 5 minute appointment it's rather pathetic as we all have families and work to get to.
There's a better way to make the wait times quicker, such as limiting the patient intake or staffing more doctors, but you're not doing such things so you're increasing the wait times for no reasons

Walked in at 9am.it is 1pm we are still waiting.was told there is 1hr15mins wait.god knows how long.how can you read the same script and disrespect other peoples time.my weekend is ruined.they should provide free foods.gosh I m dying.so understaffed.this place should not be permitted to operate like this.feels like 3rd world countries hospitals.badd badddd
Just a horrible place to see your usual doctor.trying to make a booking gave me anxiety. Just calling them is bad enough rather walking in there.
Dr Sophie was rude and had no manners and due to her lack of understanding of English was not able to perform what was needed. She was entitled and rufe and would not listen. Worst experience I've ever had at a gp's. Drove all the way from Maitland to have my time wasted
Waited 3 hrs for appointment which is standard. When we got in the dr refused to fill out my 6 month daughter's checkup booklet that is supplied by the hospitals for a gp to be filled out. Also hips, mouth were not checked when the injection was given. Had to make another seperate appointment the next day for things that should have been originally been done. Just because this place is bulk billed it shouldnt effect the job you are doing your clients are still paying for a service. Negligent drs is definately not something to be taken lightly when it comes to peoples health and there is alot of social chat between staff members.
