Excellent customer service, great to trade in games and on the odd occasion electronic goods. Highly recommend this store.

I visit CEX in Parramatta every week and I always find a game or blu-ray I want at a good price. My favourite shop.

Where else can you sell your old electronics or gaming stuff and buy new fun things to replace them with?

It was very good lots of games movies. 2nd hand phones.i peds. Also buys your old phones if in good working order. They pay you more if it's still in the orgnal box with all the gadgets

Sells old stuff for often near new prices. You really have to know the worth of items to shop here. They do stand by what they sell though.

Was stoped from selling here due to (OVERSELLING) lol. I then found eBay, made $2500 in 2 months (140 products) on eBay, same as I made in about 4000 items with cex. (SERIOUS).

I bought samsung s8 from this shop yesterday and after an hour my phone stopped charging and it had screen burn too. I went back to the shop to return as it was a faulty product they sold me. Their staff checked the phone and accepted that there is something wrong with this phone When I asked for refund, they refused and insisted me to only exchange. As i had no choice so I exchanged but I just want to make people aware that whenever you think of buying from, please check everything completely as they do not take any responsibility of selling faulty products. I wasted my money and time. Please be careful of such complanies. They lyers and selling faulty stuff.

Friendly staff. Good selection and prices. Watch the return policy, pretty sure it breaches consumer rights legislation

Discovered this place in Westfield where I could buy and sell DVDs and Blu Rays and found some titles I am looking for - I was able to see online on what titles they have as well and how much they offer for me to seel my DVD to them - looks like they also buy and sell computers, gaming consoles and cellphones which is pretty cool

Good prices on trade ins and large variety to choose from, lovely staff and welcoming customer environment.

Most items are priced near to the new ones. I love that they have exchange offer too with slight more value than we sell.

First visit to the store and was really impressed. Huge selections of old DVDs and games for really cheap. Some good old movies and tv series for ~$1 each. They even had a staff member walking around to assist people which is nice and above what I would expect for this kind of retail store, so good work. Good place to chill while the Mrs is clothes shopping.

CeX is one of the few remaining truly recycling based business around Parramatta - and the super patient staff here make the process of selling things very simple. The knowledge that my in-working-order tech and media could be of use to someone else (often at a very good price) is definitely preferred to the lot of it ending up in landfill.

Parramatta store is much better then Rouse Hill and Blacktown stores. (Rouse Hills store now closed as of Nov. 2018) I love coming to CeX only place I can get original xbox games and gamecube games which Id love to continue collecting without paying Ebay prices of $100+

CEX is an amazing idea executed well. I've had a joy filling up my collection with affordable Games and DvDs, even got an Original Xbox here.
Only had one bad experience with a new manager in the central coast, but he since left the company (Yay!)

Great store for older games, you can also find some rare gems in the mix, same goes for blu ray's and DVD's.

I visit CEX 2-3 times a week it's the best and has really helped me pimp out my PSP and Blu Ray Collections, though to be fair their trade in values have gotten terrible lately

Brought my son a wii and it didn't even work it took them a day or so before the admitted that it was an overseas region and could not be used in aus. Really hate this store with what they charge for second hand goods ill just buy it brand new

I don't know why there are bad reviews but for me it's 5 star. They take time because customers buy a lot of DVDs and it takes time to find them and put them back in the case, so try to have some patience. You don't have patience, go somewhere else. Customer services to me has always been amazing. I buy games from CeX now. I used to buy from Eb and JB but from now on, it always will be CeX.
