CeX

CeX is the best store for games and DVDs. The prices are always incredibly cheap and they have a huge variety. The speed of service is great and the staff are very friendly at this CeX. Only complaint is that one time I bought a game and it didn't work.

A really awesome game store located in Parramatta, Westfields perfect for gamers of all kind.
My favourite thing about CeX is their wide range of second hand consoles that you can't often find anywhere else and games for older yet not forgotten consoles. Their trade in system is fair with good prices for game trade ins although consoles could be better- for a mint condition play station 2 you'd be looking at around $40. Otherwise, I love the store! It's super great and well maintained so I highly recommend it to fulfil gaming needs!

But the whole business in general is nothing but a shame. I wanted to sell my mi 11 ultra so I went to a cex store in burwood and they quoted me a price of 420 which was far less for a freaking 1800dollar phone. So I went to the Parramatta store but they even declined to just consider it just because it had a small screen crack. While I understand that maybe the crack was too severe but still why two different things with the same company. One quoted me 420 while the other one declined.

Was unable to sell my unused phones that were gifts from friends no matter what l will not be going here again because of wasting time and trying also buying stuff for my birthdays l went here to buy some special items to celebrate my birthday but no more going back here horrible place anymore l hate it

Not trustworthy and faulty products. Ive purchased a wireless gaming mouse but the usb connecter was a usb for a different mouse and wasnt able to use wirelessly. I went and asked for a refund and the only thing they could do was to give a voucher and couldnt get money back. When i purchased the item at first they said they are able to give me a full refund of my money which appeared to be completely false. Never coming here again.

This place does have a big selection of films and television shows, both old and new, at very low prices and the staff is friendly. However, the reason I am only giving this place two stars is because of the very terrible, cheap and vulgar music that is played there.

Friendly staff who help with a great big smile. Have great knowledge of products in the store. Would recommend for trading in old games and consoles for cash any day as well.

The phone number for this shop is wrong so are losing thousands upon thousands of customers and dollars.

First time I visited. Loved the variety of new used and even some parts they had for phones and playstations. Also Xbox, computers. Was delighted I found this store.

Good on the phone, bad in person try to get you to purchase an expensive phone complete different to why you are there and original purchase. You must be alert at all times especially if you are not Asian background as they speak in there language so you don't understand. Otherwise okay.

Drove an hour to Paramatta as we were having audio issues with a ps5 we ordered via Cex online.

Sam B was absolutely phenomenal. He tested the device in under 20mins and exchanged us with a new ps5 at the store - which we thought might not have been possible as we ordered the first device online.

We felt he went out of his way to help us and to make sure we didn’t have to drive the hour back again - definitely way better service than we have ever had at Campbelltown.

Love the shop but they need to learn to turn there music down a little cause it is hard to hear them when they talking to you

This place is amazing. Always has a great find and at super low prices. Could not recommend more. Also Parmeshwar you are awesome man.

It's a good alternative to mainstream electronic shops such as EB Games and Jbhifi if you are after video games and movies

Good store. High quality devices for good prices. The only thing I don't like is that they buy devices off of you for really low prices and sell them for almost 3x the money. I got a 2ds from here for 90$ and they buy them for only 30$.

CEX was a great experience. I managed to find games that I had been looking for, for a while and the customer service was really great and attentive.

The manager Loreta, is rude and passive aggressive. I've never had a worse experience with Cex and I've been an avid customer of Cex Hurstville and Rouse Hill while it was open. I would not advise anyone to go to this store simply because of this woman's attitude.

Great staff helpful and friendly down to earth people great variety of dvds Second hand and playstation games phones accessories and computers. Membership cards to sell your used dvds phones games and consoles.direct debit to your bank if no cash on hand. Awesome place i regularly buy dvds never had a problem.

Great customer service and has a massive amount of different product. Also they sell more than phones

Great place to grab preowned movies, games or electronic devices. Would not recommend as a an option to sell your stuff as they don't offer great prices
