Overall I found some games I wanted which not many people were selling or it wasn’t getting sold at EB or JB anymore and it was kinda hard to find as it wasn’t in stock in many of the branches but really good for gaming needs to buy or sell. My favourite and first place to go to when I want to get a game

Any sort of electrical goods here are just way too expensive. Buying games and stuff like that is just fine. Rather large selection of all different console games. Problem I had is that I had bought like 12 games online and paid for them. Didn't pick them up for two days so they decide to put them back on the shelf. I mean they were already paid for. I can understand if they were not paid for but they were. The service rep said sorry, it was policy. Well CeX, time to change your policy. With Australian stores closing at 5 most days, what do the working people do. Have to wait to order on a Thursday? Not smart business sence in my opinion.

The CeX in Parramatta looks amazing since they moved from the spot that is now occupied by Lowes. All the staff are friendly and provide great customer service!

Really want to thank Dean at the Parramatta store for helping me with my product. He was friendly and was informative and really made my experience a pleasant one!

Product selection was good and staff were helpful. I would recommend choosing some different in store music however as the current playlist makes it hard to focus and isn’t family-friendly.

I went in the store at the end of the shift 17: 55.5 minutes to close the store, but they treated me really well. And I bought an phone with an cracked camera, but it was my fault, I didn't see it before buying. I was afraid that it couldn't be replaced, so I went there in the next day asking if would be possible to upgrade the phone for a better one. They didn't even hesitate, they offered me a replacement instead! Even tho I choose the upgrade.

Have been going to CeX Paramatta for years. Love the new store and location! Loved my Zephyrus G14 I bought from CeX back in 2021. Had an issue with the laptop and made my way to this store to see what remedies they could offer. To my surprise, they were able to provide me with store credit of the current value of the device. I paid the difference, and purchased the bigger, G15 Zephyrus instead. CeX Paramatta managed to turn an annoying issue into an excellent experience. Thanks guys! Will continue to purchase my laptops from CeX due to this excellent customer service.

The store manager is bubly and great people skills, i knew her from Burwood store when she was manage it. Her staffs under her is also has great people skills and customer interaction.

Minus one star for the collection. Collection of games can be increased. Price is in little higher side for the used games, which can be reduced a bit. Overall a great place for all your gaming needs.

Love this place, large range of video games, electronics and DVDs, huge with so much space, and amazing staff. I noticed they moved from their original place in level 2 to somewhere close by but still pretty good. I prefer the original place probably because it was there all the time and much bigger. Still I come there regularly and is always fun to shop at.

Can’t recommend these guys and girls highly enough. Bought and sold games here at a fair price, but what’s most important is they have those games that aren’t sold at JB or EB anymore, hard to find games even from previous console generations.

Honestly am grateful this place exists and the staff always do a great job

I've been a loyal customer for years and normally don't have any problems I got a phone and staff were so helpful with data transfer as in newto smart phones. I went in today to sell that phone they helped me setup and was spoken to with such disrespect from a large female with curly red hair and glasses. I walked out of your store crying and will never ever step foot in your stores due to disrespectful behaviour from your staff. Ive never had a problem until today. You quoted me 111 for a 32g galaxy. I was given 180 from cash converters and always get trwated as a persin tespectfully and service with a smile. Id rather pay full price for my dvds and games and will go to game traders or eb games from now on. Please get rid of that very rude female who is chasing away customers ³

Great place to get rid of your old playstation/Xbox/Nintendo/PC games.consoles.controllers etc for a bit of extra $$$.

This CEX was massive and had such a large variety of DVDs and games to choose from.

The staff were very helpful and polite, I enjoyed my time in this store

Nice place, and it is a reasonable price to get the game cd's and the staffs are friendly.

Went in to buy Wii remotes and walked out with a Wii U, remotes and games. Staff are super helpful! Returned the next day to ask about removing a parental lock and within 10 minutes of being in store, I had a solution to my problem that worked a charm (also walked out with another game).
Cannot recommend enough! The two guys that helped were AMAZING! Will be back: D

Good clean store helpful staff and had exactly as needed and described on the website, can be busy at times but just requires customer patience.

So if u want to upgrade what u currently have then CEX is THE PLACE!
Trust me if u haven't been to 1 of there stores yet then you'll be quite surprised when u do go
