Bad experience with the rental management team, specifically Shaktika. Century 21 took over the rental management of the property I leased. Money which was paid was unaccounted for. I had multiple conversations with Shaktika, and in the last one she tells me that all the calls I've had with her have been recorded. I never consented to this and I was never made aware. Without my consent or knowledge, Shaktika has violated The Surveillance Devices Act 2007 (NSW), which states that it is illegal to do so without consent or the knowledge of all parties involved. I see a pattern with all the negative reviews and the same name. Read them - I agree.

I must appreciate all the hard work that Shaktika and her team puts in and make everyone feel that they are valued.

Robin Dandyan, an agent from this firm, helped us with securing our first house in St. Marys. He is an exceptional human being, professional yet personal, regular with providing updates and ensuring that you have the best and least stressful experience. We are grateful.

However, a few other staff in that firm aren’t like him. Two short experiences with them left a bad taste. But Robin is the best of the lot and an exceptional real estate agent.

We used Century 21 for buying our first townhouse in Girraween and I would say, Robin was really helpful with the whole process. Robin is very prompt in his response and guided us amazingly. We didn't have any issues at all throughout the whole process. He's very approachable, accessible and made sure that all the work is done in time. I totally recommend Century 21 for their services and once again would like to thank Robin and Shaktika for all the help and support extended- we truly appreciate and all the very best for your future endeavors

I am a landlord with Century 21 Toongabbie office since past 3 years and I have been very happy with their services. The entire team is always approachable. Shaktika has great leadership and I would refer them to any investor with no doubt. I know my assets are in good hands with this team!

Rude and unprofessional lot. Stay away from them.
Had to drag em to tribunal to get my money (~900$) back.
I was a tenant who paid on time for an year. After we moved out, they kept all our bond and claimed the maintenance charges amount to the same. Not a single invoice and proof was given despite repeated requests.

1. I dragged you guys to tribunal and not you.

Its deplorable that you guys have to post fake 5 star reviews from your family members and staff people. Should have spent all this time on learning customer service instead.

We would like to thank you Shaktika and her team regarding our property in Toongabbie. We decided to select her as our real estate agent. Shaktika gave us a realistic market appraisal and was able to sell our property in first week that it was listed and we got price we were hoping for. Shaktika is highly professional and ethical. She kept us informed of process and followed up regularly and always reachable by phone to respond to any questions. Great experience with her recommend to anyone anytime.

Worst behavior, sarcastic comments, very unprofessional, very rude and stupid especially towards Indians.
When we quoted a price we experienced all above in return. They could have simply said it doesn't fit in budget. According to Robin one of their staff nobody should come to open home at all.if we are not quoting advertised price.seems they created new Australian law.

Very professional property managers. They always have time for me and my questions. Any issues with a property are resolved quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone.

As is often the case, there were some issues. What set this place apart was Shaktika Singh the principal of Century21 Toongabbie office, took out the time to call us and address the problem directly herself.she personally attended to any queries and met with us in person to make sure we were happy.

Overall, the agency provided a personal service that we really appreciate.
