Never go to Harcourts Eternity. Bad customer service and the owner Shaktika very rude to deal with. Avoid disappointment, if you avoid them

Came inside my home for an inspection outside earlier than the inspection time with her shoes on! This agency has no respect for the privacy of their tenants and thinks they own rights to the home you live in. Disgusting rude behaviour from staff. Shaktika evicted us from our home for writing reviews about her and threatened with legal proceedings. This is why she has good reviews cause she’s obviously got a solicitor to threaten everyone who gives their honest opinion. Don’t do work with this woman!

We met Tanjot as we have to our our house on sale at girraween. He helped in entire process from open house to sale deed.
In worse real estate market he did good in sale market house sale.

I never knew that kind of unprofessional business exist in Australia

Usually people define you guys that your are very bad in service but day before yesterday I visited there and the lady I think she is the main one have lot of attitude and no sense of talking. She behave rudely with the customers. I never recommend anyone for your properties. If you are citizen or PR doesn’t mean you are talk senselessly with someone.

My Property Manager “ Ayushi “ was straight to the point and the best ever person to have dealt with.
Everything for me was made much easier and quicker to get off the market.
