Totally non professional, especially LAGAN, she doesn't know what has been asked in the email and what she replies.
Never respond on time, sends a random invoices for water charges etc.
Deducted huge amount of money ($500) with the excuse of cleanliness.

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice to buy/sell the property. I spoke to a variety of different real estate agents that showed me a variety of homes until I found Tanjot Singh from Century 21 Real Estate at Toongabbie. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust. If possible stay away from them when you are renting. A few of my friends and myself had bad experiences. They will try to steal your bond.
