If I could put 0 stars I would. I recently rented off this real estate and they made life so stressful for me and my partner. We were promised renovations in the property due to mould and dampness but 1 year later it hadn’t happened. Apparently our ‘senior property manager’ had to have everything ok’d by Murray the principle. We offered to extend the lease another year if they went through with the Reno’s but Murray wasn’t contactable even by his own staff. We received excuses after excuses of why Murray wasn’t contactable for 2 months (but apparently was still working from home), meanwhile our lease was coming to an end…multiple members of staff even told us we were better off moving out and finding somewhere else to live.what kind of company can run when the staff don’t even believe in it? Save yourself some stress and don’t rent from this company, it’s falling apart.

I corresponded with Yaseen while looking for a place to rent, and found the process simple and straightforward. He has been very responsive to any questions I've had, and of the four places I've privately rented, this has been the easiest to organise.

I am very happy with what Yaseen has been able to do for me. Always helpful and informative. Truly a great help.

My acquaintance with Yaseen was exhilarating and inspiring, he has strategically brought a magnificent change which I have ever come across with anyone else and most surprisingly, in this very young age too! Terrible customer service. They promise a clean apartment but when I came to the place a rent for 12 months it was everything dirty. When I call back to see if the agency could send someone to clean the apartment, they said I should clean it.

Andrew was extremely professional, compassionate and he achieved a great sales price for my property. In the lead up prior to selling my house, Andrew always kept me up to date with the property market and price range expectations. His knowledge of my area is great, his thoughtful approach to Customer care was exemplary and he would talk through various situations with confidence and keep me at ease, knowing that I am in good hands and displaying trust.
I would definitely use Andrew again in both buying a property for his knowledge of the Real Estate Market and for selling my next house.

Murray is a joke for an agent.
Doesnt return a call.
If he manages your property you are not being served.

I am a PhD student who bring family to Australia and rent a unit in Gardeners Road Kingsford through Tracy. She's professional and helpful. Everything went well from the beginning to the end. I have no issues related with bond. I got my bond released full.the unit we rent was perfect! It is clean, tidy, and the environment supports well for writing towards the deadline:) awesome.thanks!

Sent multiple messages to Murray with no reply. Then wasted over 1 hour and petrol money to attend a property inspection - only to arrive and find a note on the door saying 'inspection cancelled' as the property had sold.

There were 30+ people outside angry and upset. Not just for having their time wasted, but more so because Murray was too lazy to contact people OR at the VERY LEAST - he could have simply edited the listing online to inform people and save wasting everyones time! Instead it was left online as 'For Sale' and an 'Open Inspection' still showing - and he was more than happy for 30-40 people to show up for no reason!

I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible experience.

Murray clearly doesn't care about customer service.

Bad customer service experience (did not respond to email). Property agent is absolutely not a professional - bad attitude, unreliable and does not talk and act like a professional.

My husband and I recently sold our property through Murray at Century 21. We agreed on our price expectations and Murray delivered a result that was spot on. My husband and I aren't spring chickens. We have bought and sold a few homes. This was the most professional sale experience we've ever had. It was a smooth process and good outcome.
