What I liked the most about Jane’s approach was that she had my best interests at heart and worked to achieve the best outcome and price for me. I checked other houses in the area that were listed with other realtors and those house prices were fairly low, whereas Jane was able to sell my home at a price higher than I expected. Our experience with Jane, as a purchaser, has been a pleasure. Jane was quick to get back to us on our offer and was always pleasing to deal with. We had difficulty with our financier which made the whole purchasing process difficult However, Jane showed compassion and was helpful with communicating our situation to the vendor ensuring we did not miss out on getting the property we wanted.

We used C21 Medowie for our rental property and endured terrible customer service and poor performance. They have no accountability for their actions or loyalty to their customers, all they care about is getting paid. Never again will we use or recommend their services.

Cannot rate this real estate high enough. I have used them as both a tenant and more recently as a nervous first home buyer. They work for the peoples with professionalism with a good dose of wacky humour thrown in and keep it real. They work hard for the local community and when I was in the market to buy my first home - they were the agent I turned to first to help find me a home. They made the process easy and the welcome surprise at the front door when you get your key makes it a more special moment. After having dealt with the "dodgy brothers" when renting in Sydney, I was rather jaded with real estate agents, (oh the stories I could tell of this corrupt mob) so it was a great delight to have my dealings with C21 Curtis & Blair. They are an asset to our town.
