Absolutely unprofessional. Realtor spent first 5 meetings on phone, and did not greet us, left us standing in rain with my two girls. She did no tour of house and when I asked questions, she kept responding, ‘ I don’t know. ’ When we asked to see the backyard area, she got back on her phone and stated she needed to see if someone else was arriving. Outstanding Service and Authentic Country Care
We have dealt with numerous estate agents over the past 4 decades and Jane is one of the best. Her professionalism can be described as knowledgeable of the property for sale, always punctual, quick to problem solve and respond to inquiries. This is accurate but not the only reason why we would give her a 5 star rating. It is the manner in which she deals with both vendors and purchasers. Always smiling and relaxed, she makes you feel that you truly have someone wanting the experience to be a positive one for both parties. There is none of the high pressure selling characterised by boastful exaggeration of skills and properties sold we experience in the city. With Jane you know she is working for all involved and we would recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase, sell or rent property.

Well Jane and the team have done it again! Not only did the help us buy our second house 4 years ago, which was the most seamless transaction! I then entrusted them to manage my rental property, after dealing with previous Agents that i was not happy with, the service was chalk and cheese compared to the great service, communication, and care Jane and her team (Hayley special mention) put into managing our investment all while staying on top of the market trends and even ahead in most cases.
