Renee؜ was an amazing help
In the middle of a rental crisis, and hearing all the horror stories about people not being able to get rentals, we were extremely worried how long it would take us to find one. We applied for 3 properties with other real estates and just seemed to always get the automated responses (no) we then applied through Curtis and Blair and got shortlisted for the first property we applied for. Although we weren’t successful Renee was absolutely amazing, she took phone calls, replied to emails, spoke to us about our concerns and really helped us. It did take 2 more applications (which both were shortlisted again) until we secured one, and Renee made us feel as though she was just as happy as we were that we were approved. The real estate itself is beautiful, homely and welcoming. All the staff were lovely to talk to. Great experience.
