It’s been a pleasure to have Naaz look after the sale of my villa. He was referred to me by a friend of mine and he looked after all my queries promptly. When we were looking for a real estate agent to sell our property at Roselands we didn't know which agent to choose. When Zac came to our place for a market appraisal, we could see Zac had a great professionalism about his job. He was a great communicator, hard working, knowledgeable self driven and a great negotiator. We knew he was the best person for the job to sell our property. We were very happy with his advise to market our property at an agreed value which was not overly priced and sold within the first week of open house with a great price we were happy with. I had the worst experience with this agent. Be careful they will try to take all your bond at the end of lease. Going to tribunal for justice.

These guys are amazing agents. Always a pleasure to deal with. Extremely prompt, happy to help when you need something. They have gone above and beyond a few times and if I can get through the rest of my life only dealing with these agents I will be an extremely happy person. Plus their generous holiday competitions (one of which my Sister in law won because I tagged her) are always a cheerful sight I my Facebook page.

Narz sayed just sold our family home. He did an amazing job and was very good at providing feedback and increasing the buyers offer to what we wanted. We Would recommend Narz and the team to all prospective Vendors.

Called on Monday to organize an inspection, was told they were too busybut they'd notify me for the next inspection. Called on Friday to be told theyd already leased it Monday afternoon without contacting me as promised
Or updating or removing the advertising. Pathetically unprofessional.
