Had a bad experience 2 years ago over a year later someone reached out too little too late. Completely unrelated experience just recently where agent made promises with no intention of acting on and tried to lie to justify action but chose wrong place to blame.

High Alert for everyone. I rent a unit from Century 21. While I vacate the unit after I finish my lease I cleaned everything with professional cleaner. Nothing much to clean still I did. When I ask for bond money they send me FALSE cleaning invoice list and charge me quarter of my bond money for nothing. Invoice made by false Cleaner address which never exist. Beware of this people. Shame on you guys

0 star be carefull very un profesionall agents, get call 5 minutes before inspction to be told the property is leased, after driving 40 minuts and waiting 10 minute for Sai Sooksuchit the agent to show up to show me another property but she didnt after 10 minutes passed i left
