When I sold my apartment recently, Con provided good advice in terms of marketing – pros and cons of auction vs private treaty selling. The advertising was very effective and resulted in the sale concluding within a week and my price expectations were realised. Con and his team did a great job and they would be my first port of call when I want to market property again.

I was devastated to recently find out I had to move out of the apartment I've been renting through this agency not just because I absolutely loved the apartment, but because renting through Century 21 Revesby has been a wonderful experience. Both Allie and Rowana are not only professional, but they are kind, patient and understanding humans which is truly rare to find in a real estate agent particularly as a renter. I have had a few awful experiences renting through agencies who would repeatedly ignore emails, refuse to fix basic things and who would treat me as though I was a burden, but my experience with renting through this agency has been the complete opposite of that - easy, great communication and without any additional stress that naturally comes with renting and moving. I cannot recommend Allie and Rowana enough, they are both an asset to the agency.

Prior to choosing Century 21 we researched the price range properties were selling and noted Century 21 sale prices were at the top end of the price range specified for this type of dwelling. Likewise ours sold at the price advised at eh toped end of its price range it sold quickly and without fuss. Centrut 21 did the work and we just sat back and it all happened seamlessly.
