Carpet Call West Gosford

We needed flooring and carpet installed quickly and Carpet Call came to the rescue. I explained our situation and they made every effort to come out to us quickly and bring samples. Adam, the sales person, was great and was with us for nearly 2 hours helping us sort everything out and organised a quick installation - within a week! The installers Jason (flooring) and Matt (carpet) were professional, friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job, they put all the furniture back and nothing was too much trouble. And the icing on the cake is the flooring and carpet look and feel amazing. Very happy all around. Great effort. Thank you.

Adam was extremely helpful, patient and honest. Our quote was a lot less than we expected. Very satisfied.

My mother bought flooring a few weeks ago. After a minor hiccup with the stock delay we were told we could come in and purchase rugs for 50% off.
Will be back.

Although my family and I did not purchase today Michael in the rugs section was astoundingly helpful and not pushy unlike other stores I have been to. Will be back later next week and definitely in the future to purchase from him.

Terrible experience for a returning customer, we used Carpet Call West Gosford about three years ago and we had a great salesman helping us buying a new carpet for our whole house but not returning to the same store we found a new salesman grumpy, unprofessional, rude and basically didn't want anything to do with us
not sure what he's name is but he's the fat one - it appears he's the manager (he shouldn't be with that attitude), we won't be buying anything from this store ever again and we'll make sure all our friends won't got there either.

Adam, was our salesman, he understood our need, his recommendation was both useful and helpful. We had our carpet laid today and we love it. Our carpet layer worked really hard and the effect is spectacular. Highly recommended

Have taken my my deposit, but have not performed the job. Other people have posted exactly the same experience i have recieved. Will follow up with fair trading.

Paid 50% deposit for our Plantation Shuters 27/4/18 finally had our shutters installed on the 19th July 18.
After numerous emails requesting a receipt for our first payment we finally received it on the 14/7/18. On installation day the installer advised that the measurements for our slider door was correct but the incorrect size was ordered. We now have to wait another 6 to 8 weeks for this shutter to be installed.
Not one person from Carpet Call has rang us to apologise for the error or offer us any compensation for the inconvenience of the error. I have sent two messages to the area manager with no reply.we are still waiting for this job to be completed 5 months later more emails to area manager and still no reply regarding installation of replacement Shutter. On our experience I would not recommend Carpet Call for Shutters.

ON Wednesday the 6/2/19 this complaint was finally closed, the shutter has now been repaired. Even though it could probably look a lot better if they used tongue and groove the join is better than what it originally looked liked.

They have the best range of carpet to pick from and take straight away for such a cheap price. The store man was quite easy to deal with.

I had the pleasure of walking into this store today and being greeted by Dale. His service and expertise were exceptional. He was so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and offering advice. Dale listened to what I was looking for and I'm so happy with my new rug. A very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this store.

If i could rate lower i would. Worst company i have ever had to deal with! Once they took my money they cancelled the install date and only by chance I found out that it wasn't going to be installed on the given date, resulting in me having to bring it to the stores attention so they could reschedule (two weeks later mind you) From existing tiles being leveled with a grinder that had no working vacum, to the carpet edges being left and not completed, most of the laminate lengths have been cut short and not instlled properly and now slide out of place leaving unacceptable gaps where none should be visable, and the list goes on. Continuously told by manager and also head office the situation would be rectified and still nothing. Ive actually gotten sick of chasing up every one of their false promises. Call call carpert call the worst people in this trade
