I phoned from Melbourne to discuss organising a "room divider" to improve my elderly mother's heating/cooling efficiency in a very large lounge room - she is in NSW. I spoke to Andrew and he was amazing! So on board with what I was trying to achieve to help my mum. We discussed options, and he was absolutely fantastic with ideas and quickly offered to see my mum the next business day to discuss and show her what could be done. Instead of sending his salesman, he personally attended (so he could pass on all the information we had discussed) and I really appreciated that personal attention. He was attentive, pleasant and gave Mum a terrific explanation of options, ensuring the thermal curtain would suit her needs and functionality. I can't thank Andrew enough! Look forward to seeing the finished result next visit! Thoroughly recommend!

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but after 6 months of being messed about what else can you do? Measured and installed blinds wrong, plus damaged a wall. Promised to make good, but never happened. Don't return calls, don't follow up like they say, and do their best to ignore you. Do yourself a favour - there are plenty of other blind companies out there. If you are reading this Andrew in West Gosford and Zoe in head office - you should be ashamed of yourselves. Have given you two every opportunity to resolve this like you have promised - but so tired of all the lies.

Great customer service from Clint who came out and was very patient with my indecisiveness for floorboard type! He was happy to give recommendations when I asked which I found very helpful and felt very genuine in making sure I was happy. I changed my mind over the weekend and the store was more than happy to get Clint back out with the samples.

Assistance to select floating floor timber and set a time for home visit. An extremely smart young man measured up my home and showed me a sample of timber so I could agree it was the one I’d chosen. He then worked out a cost which I was happy with and arranged a day to install. It was very well fitted and finished off. I was extremely impressed with my whole job.

I organised a quote for flooring with Daniel from the West Gosford store. He was punctual and bought plenty of appropriate samples for my perusal. He was extremely helpful in discussing the pros & cons of all products. I found Carpet Call had a good selection to choose from & would certainly not hesitate to use them again.

Adam and his colleagues at West Gosford Carpet Call were fantastic in helping us fit out our new renovation, all our visitors compliment us on our soft thick luxurious carpet and stylish curtains and plantation shutters.

Avoid carpet call at all costs. You would be better off using your money as toilet paper instead of shopping here. I think the only reason this company isn’t bankrupt is because they reinvest so much in advertising to prey on people unaware of what they’re getting themselves into. Extremely poor customer service, rude staff and never return phone calls or do what they promise once they take their deposit.

Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere. This place will appear professional up until the point they get you to pay a 40% deposit. It’s at this point that anything that resembles professionalism or customer service disappears and you’re left wondering if you will get a service or not. Don’t expect them to lift a finger or return a phone call. You may as well do the job yourself.

Absolutely appalling customer service once deposit is accepted. Sales guy was awesome Marc that’s where it stops. Don’t dare change your mind on a product after placing the order (carpet to hard) or they will act like their whole world has been turned upside down. Jason and Adam are incompetent, don’t know how to return a call, act dumb when you call them, cannot organise a simple thing, but for sure have PERFECTED LYING! Management from seven hills are just as useless - I do not recommend Carpet call to anyone.

Terrible service, sells damaged goods and doesn't refund for them, and incompetent staff who have no customer service skills.

From the initial meeting, choosing the flooring type and colour to the final laying of the carpet and floating floor, we could not fault the service.

Hurry up and fix my folks carpet that now has a million spikes sticking out (even with no pressure applied).
They have called you twice and come in store twice and you are yet to even confirm a date to rectify this safety hazard - this should be a matter of priority!

I needed a very large rug for my newly built home and dropped into Carpet Call West Gosford. I had new sofas and a general idea of what I like and what I didn't. I had some pics of my living area and Dale Allen recommended the Ocean rug in teal but my initial reaction was no, absolutely not but after looking at the rug on the floor against a sample of similar flooring to mine and gentle encouragement from Dale, I bought the rug. I still wasn't sure about it at all but as soon as the rug went down it looked amazing and is the perfect size for the space. It's a wow rug and visitors are really positive about the rug so I'm very pleased. Thanks Dale!

Hi, adam was our salesman and he was really good and helpful and we chose a carpet within our budget, that we liked the look of.
He understood we needed it done ASAP and was accommodating with that.
The man who laid our carpet was great, he arrived early, got straight into it and did four bedrooms soo fast!
We’ve got good warranty and are really happy. It looks great abs is easy to vacuum ️
