Adam from carpet call came to my house to help us with our carpet choice they offered a great price for a great quality carpet. The carpet was put in last week and it looks amazing great craftsmanship, great staff and high proficiency

We went to Carpetcall Castle Hill and met Reza who was very professional helped us to choose the carpet and colour and very happy with installation team. Kai did a wonderful job, he helped me with moving heavy fuenitues. Strongly recommend Carpet call Castle Hill.

We purchased laminate flooring for our investment property. Knowledgeable staff and good quality product is what we wanted and what we got.

Don't trust one of the sales people. He's very fake and does fake phone calls in front of you to get you "best" deals. It's so obvious and transparent and frankly embarrassing. I just left. Wish they had more modern trust-based customer sales policies that were not so disrespectful.

After a devastating experience with a burst pipe inside the house which did a lot of damage we finely got our carpet back. Very happy with the service from Carpet Call Castle Hill, extremely happy with carpet it looks and feels great and excellent work from the installers. They were very friendly and professional.

It was a great experience with Carpetcall Castle Hill team. Got my carpet replaced by them last week and the quality of carpet and the installation was 10 out of 10. Competitive cost, great service and on-time delivery of their service. Great work!

Problems from day 1 - still waiting on carpets to be finished. They left the house in an unfinished and disgusting state.

Horrible and arrogant sevice. They have lazy sales staff who are not interested in customer service. I happen to interact with Just oe and it was shocking to see the attitude. My husband and I walked out of the showroom and carpet call you lost a customer today with bad worth of mouth. My review is not on one visit but twice Instore! Never recommending and coming back.

These guys were awesome. From the guys instore to the layer himself, complete professionals. Quality of carpet was top notch and service 10/10. Keep up the good work fellas.
