Highly recommend! I had my floors done today and I am SO impressed with the quality, price, and pleasant nature of the workers. I am definitely getting more work done by them in the future. I am so happy with my new floors, it took half a day as advised, and is of the utmost quality. Thankyou!

Really happy with the new floorboards installed. Glen and the team really looked after us. Our experience with carpet call exceeded our expectations. We chose the coretec floorboards with new skirting boards as well. We had a large area to cover including stairs. Great product. The workmanship of the installers was stunning. They were fast and precise with the laying and the staircase looks amazing. Very little wastage and they cleaned as they worked through. The house feels new again. Highly recommend you pay them a visit if your looking at floorboards.

We enjoyed a great experience at Carpet Call Castle Hill. Sanjay was completely professional from the time we visited the store, to the delivery of our new feature rug, and all exchanges by phone and email in between. They will definitely be our "go to" store for any future flooring requirements.

Subpar quality blinds installed at our home. Lethargic and unprofessional customer service, they couldn't care less after taking deposit, took months to install them. Wouldn't recommend them.

My parents had a new floor and skirting installed. The floor is well done after needing 2 revisits due to the floor being covered in glue stains and scratches but the skirting is appalling. Large gaps, damaged surfaces and obviously not the work of a skilled tradesmen. Skirtings were installed with no glue and are just falling off. They have come back to “fix” and left it worse then the first attempt

Reza and the installation men who put down our hard flooring and carpet did an amazing job. We have some ugly stairs and were concerned at how to finish them off and have them looking good because you see them as soon as you walk into the house (first impression) - they did an amazing job and turn an ugly feature into a great looking entry area. Would highly recommend them.

Be careful when dealing with Castle Hill store! They can easily rip you off! We needed to urgently change carpets in our bedrooms. We went to Castle Hill store last week. A salesperson presented us with a carpet he touted as a “6 stars product”, at the price of $49 per meter. I did like the colour so we bought it. When installers came to install, we noticed that the carpet was much thinner than the sample shown to us in the store. I was able to cut off a piece of it just by using my scissors! We became suspicious of this “6 stars” quality. The next day we went to another Carpet Call store in a different suburb; they checked the product code for us and advised that the carpet we bought is a discontinued stock, the actual retail price is $39, not $49. To install this carpet would cost us $1800. This was quite a blow! We paid Castle Hill store $2600! In summary, Castle Hill sold us a discontinued stock of a questionable quality, above its retail price. We have been overcharged $800 dollars, and ended up with a carpet of a poor quality.

I came here to buy blinds. The staff said they don't know about their blinds products, and proceeded to try and sell me rugs instead. I ended up going to another store nearby to get custom made blinds. Pretty bad salespeople

We visited the Castle Hill branch of Carpet Call to get an idea of cost/availability for a renovation we were about to do. We were impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff at this branch. We were given samples to take home which helped in our selection choices. The Manager came to our home and did a confirm measure of our selections. We booked a time/day and had the carpets installed. I highly recommend the team of installers who were polite and quick completing the job I felt in record time. I would highly recommend this store.

Wonderful service from the outset. Job of laying needed to be split due to build works taking place at the time and while I could have expected this to cause some grief, at no stage did it become an issue. Sincere thanks to Naji who went above & beyond in meeting our needs. Finished product is perfect!
