Had a different perspective to the sales assistant so he threatened me with physical violence. Needless to say I don’t recommend doing business with this company.

I went upstairs to Harvey Norman and not only did they treat me with respect, they also provided great service and a lower price.

The boys Carpet Call Castle Hill were genuinely amazing help. I was able to find appropriate flooring and rugs for my new home which both my wife and I are extremely happy with.

After reading the reviews here it looks like we were also given very poor advice by Carpet Call regards laminate flooring. We were advised that the laminate flooring can go in the kitchen area and we are now regretting the decision to follow the advice given by Carpet Call - the laminate flooring is only several years old and it is already starting to buckle at the joins. Carpet Call was the wrong call and this will be the last call they ever get from us - poor advice and poor attitude when it comes to making a complaint. First time and the last time for us.

Wonderful experience from initial visit to castle Hill showroom to professional replacement and installation of carpets on the second floor and stairs of our home. Reza, the manager of the store was very friendly, informative and offered us valuable advice and competitive quote for a quality wool blend carpet that was accepted immediately. Charly was organised, professional and exceptional in removing the old carpet and installation of the new luxurious carpet.

We bought a lovely rug from Carpet Call at Castle Hill. Walking into the store to look at options, we were educated and taken very good care off by Nish. He went over and above to ensure we got a rug to fit out house.

The thing that impressed us the most was, when we walked in to the store to pick up the rug, Nish remembered who we were by name. Now that's quality service!

We absolutely love the rug recommended by him and no doubt we'll be back for more.

The Manager at CarpetCall, Castle Hill was friendly and gave me the proper advice.ie.do not take the thick carpet because I will end up shaving the underneath of my doors. An advice which no one else (other competitors) ever told me. The installers were professional and did a good job.

We bought our flooring in 2021 just before COVID lockdown. They stored the product for until we could get the job back on track. Glen's advice when we made the selection and their installers were first class. We are thrilled with the outcome.

We visited CarpetCall Castle Hill Store and received excellent service and after sales care from Andy and Reza. We had the new carpet laid to our 4 bedrooms, hallway and stair case by Moey, David and Hussan. They were very professional explaining the whole carpet laying process at the beginning and throughout the day. They moved our furniture with care as they work from room to room. The outcome of the job was excellent. The top floor of the house looks like new again. Thank you for taking care of our home.

Very happy with the service we received from Naji at Castle Hill. Showed up on time to do the quote, happy with the price and advice about carpet selection, and then the team that laid were professional and courteous. Happy to recommend.

The guys in the store were helpful especially Marco. The store didn’t have the hard floor cleaner as.they’d sold out.

Marco was more than happy to locate the item in another store and collect it on the way to work so I could purchase it the following day.

Trying to organise a quote for flooring. Got told that someone would call me in the morning and advise a time they would be paying us a visit. No one showed up. Called up, got through to Glen, he told me he'd ring me back in 5 minutes. No call back. Got voice mail then got through again, he hung up on me once I said my name. I didn't call angrily or anything, not sure why I received such shocking service.

Absolutely loved dealing with carpet call castle hill. Reza was so great and easy to deal with. Explained everything in detail. Very responsive to calls and emails. 10/10 for customer service, knowledge and advice. After dealing with quite a few carpet companies including Harvey Norman, carpet call topped them all in price and service. Would definitely recommend Reza and his team without hesitation.
