I’m editing my original review slightly which was about miscommunication. I feel that the total price should have been communicated by the front of house staff better over the phone. I received a follow up phone call from Steve to work out how the pricing misunderstanding took place and what actions could be taken to ensure that it doesn’t happen again.

Great experience from dealing with Carolyne over the phone/front desk to Steve and the team. Prompt, informative and timely.

I truely believe I have found a mechanic for life. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and provided an excellent service. He kept in touch with me constantly throughout the whole process and let me know how my car was coming along. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the service and Steve’s approach to dealing with customers is unmatched. Steve and the team are extremely helpful and knowledgeable when you have an issue with your car or getting a standard service. We had a number of issues with our car after purchasing from a user car dealer. We took it to 2 other mechanics that were local to us who couldn't fix the problem. After dropping into Carology we got sound advice from the team and all issues were fixed. Couldn't be happier with the service from all staff.

They were able to squeeze me in at short notice and help me with a rego safety check for my motorcycle at the end of a Saturday.
They also offer after hours pick up which is very convenient.

100% Recommend this place! As a young woman with no knowledge of cars I have always asked my dad to take my car for it's annual rego check, especially as I'm a walking dollar sign to most mechanics. Since my dad found this place I no longer have to do that. I feel comfortable and safe in the knowledge that I won't be overcharged or taken for a ride financially. I now entrust Carology to handle everything my car needs. Where I used to cringe waiting for the prognosis and extensive bill that would almost always follow, now with Carology I'm always pleasantly surprised by how low the charge is for the work done and how well my car now handles. I 100% recommend and trust Carology. Only problem is my dad doesn't feel as needed as he used to! Lol

I was having car troubles nearby and so dropped my car off here. Service from start to finish was outstanding! Steve did a great job with my car & the free roadside assist and wash was a nice surprise. Office girls were all really lovely too. Would highly recommend and will be bringing my car back here always.

The team at Carology were fair and honest when it came to repairing and pink slip for my Scooter.
They had to do some electrical work and change bulbs ect. The cost was fantastic as living near the beach I have had this done before. They said it would be ready at a certain time and it was. Cant fault them on anything. I will be using them for servicing ect going forward

I called on a Saturday with a car problem and despite being fully booked they were super helpful and made a huge effort to solve my problem. Excellent communication both before and after the job. Highly recommend.
