I call in for blue slip inspection, Carology is very helpful and professional, really high recommend for all car service!

I’ve done blue slip to my new car. Service was fast and great. Was the only place open on Christmas eve with same charge.

Advised leaking hydraulic fluid from shocks required $2500 replacement. Dealer says not required but leaking coolant needed rectifying for $100. Incompetent or worse?

Went for a pink slip, ended up spending $2000 in 'repairs' and unable to turn the car on, had to take it home with a tow truck. Fair trading is now dealing with the issue. Apparently is their 'modus operandi'. No need to believe me, just ask anyone in Bondi.

I was very impressed with the detail of the customer service provided. My car went in for a rego check and basic service and Carology rang me to advise what work they did on the service and what they recommended be done before the next one. Steve also broke down the additional cost if i chose to have that done straight away. There was no pressure to do those now and Steve actively listened and his friendly manner in explaining what was needed and the time lines was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Carology and the price was quite reasonable.

I was astonished by the great communication, fair pricing and fast service, especially for a place so close to the beach. They managed my LPG inspection, certification and also resolved the underlying issues with the LPG leakage. Thank you and keep doing what you do.

Edited - After getting another mechanic to review invoice; it was suggested my $2K bill should have been under $1K - To their credit, Steve reached out to go over the bill to conciliate.
On the positive side - the quality of the work performed was very good.

Steve has been incredible, a real life saver. I had my car checked on the day of my big move up north, 9 hours drive ahead of me and it turned out the coolant system was leaking and the rear breaks were gone. Not only he went out of his way to replace the breaks and fix the leakage the same morning, but also checked the entire car and made sure I had the most relaxed issue-free drive that day. His communication style makes him very easy to deal with and his professional service puts you at ease. I'm so lucky I could count on Steve and the Carology team and avoided big troubles on the way up. I got a text message from Steve the following morning asking how the long drive was, which was nice to see they really do care about their customers. Shocking. Avoid at all costs. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! You have been warned.
Carology have one mission - to line their pockets at your expense. The have acted in bad faith in their handling of repairs, saying the car was ready, when it wasn't (it took another 4 weeks!), and wouldn't perform any work on the car until it was paid in advance, then once paid fully, wouldn't release the car! Steve, Liraz, you are rip off artists.

I'm editing this, as I have been hounded by Liraz and Steve about the review above. I have re-read it, and stand by it as an accurate summation of the service received.
To any customer considering carology, I didn't see any of the following, as claimed on their website: "Our customers know they can rely on our unparalleled honesty, integrity and experience in servicing all types of vehicles, all brands, all makes & all models. "

Carology is a great mechanic. Looks after my cars and motorbikes all in the same place. Great team working there, always do their best to help with whatever you need.

Just an inspection for my vespa. They found a (potentially plausable) brake light issue, so it cost more, extended the time and unfortunately added additional ubers back and forth.
My mirror was left loose as well, so the ride home was a little dangerous.
I won't go back.
