Always love the Capitol. Gorgeous theatre and well managed, queues for drinks or bathrooms are never unmanageable.

Fantastic place hosting the Frozen performance. Plenty of helpers and staff selling Merchandise during intermission and after the show. Goulburn St carpark is $10 flat after about 5pm

Saw Come From Away here. The venue itself is beautiful, and the sound and view inside the theatre was fantastic. Well mixed sound and lighting.

I had a panic attack because of the crowd in the line we had to line up in, and the staff saw that something was wrong. So they asked my mum and she explained that I was having a panic attack and some one came out and took, my mum, my brother and I to a quiet place to help me calm down, they got me ice and stayed with us the whole time before going into the theater, in the intermission, they came back to check on me. They staff was so nice and amazing and just understanding. Plus I'm over 12 so I had were a mask, I didn't need to anymore because I struggle breathing when I have a panic attack. I just want to thank the staff for helping me out and just being amazing.

This is still by far our most favourite theatre. The theatre is centrally located near Central station, approx 10min walk and about 5min to Chinatown or 10min to Darling Harbour. The theatre is absolutely gorgeous.
You are greeted with a grand entry and staff are absolutely amazing.
The seats are seated well where you are not blocked by people in front. The best seats in my opinion is in the Dress Circle around M, N in the middle. Perfect seats.
We always loved that the entire theatre is used fully
The only reasons why we didn't give it 5 stars:
1. Bathroom is lacking and there's always a massive queue especially in the female toilets.
2. The seats in the theatre can do with a bit of a refresh.

A lovely heritage setting

I have been many times for many shows all of high standard and seating has been fantastic from all different options available

They have boosters for kids.and service has always been outstanding.

Getting to seats is easy with ushers on hand at each entry point.

Sound, lighting everything builds towards a really sensory experience.

Really comfortable seats too.

Brilliant performance of Frozen the Musical. Excellent Covid safe practices. Comfy seats and good view even from the high altitude seats

Frozen was great - sets were brilliant. My view was obstructed as women in front had babe in arms, who had to be fed, have nappy changed and cuddled etc. Very surprised theatre let baby in with no seat. That aspect very disappointing.

Amazing staff, amazing snacks & drink's and a mind blowing theatre.

My first time ever attending this theatre and boy what a time to remember.
Thank you to all the people whom run this place you're doing an amazing job!

The atmosphere created takes you out of every day life and allows you to escape to a magical place.
The lighting was simply astonishing, props to the superstars maintinaing it.

We sat in the lower middle section for the best view and geeze was it perfect!
I highly recommend anyone contemplating going to just go! You won't be disappointed.

The only drawback is having to wear a mask due to social distancing during these covid times but that is a tiny price to pay to keep everyone safe!

I'll definitely be back soon and I personally can't wait!

I alighted from Light Rail going towards Central at around 20: 57 hours on Monday 03rd May, 2021.

Inside the light rail four TRANSDEV ticket inspectors were together.

They checked our OPAL CARDS for paying proper fare.

I casually mentioned to them, as a deligent citizen of Australia, that 4 staff members together, to me feels like wastage of taxpayers' money.

One of them, instead of answering me wanted to tell me that I should not interfere.

After getting off from the light rail with me, one of them advised and watched me tap off.

I felt like taking their photo.

The person walked away into Capitol Theatre arcade.

Still, I tried to take photo of remainder three.

That photo is here.

The dark coloured skin person tried to take my photograph.

I said that he can take my photograph photographing them.

After that relatively light coloured staff member came to me and entered into calm civic dialogue with me.

He explained to me that because of the abuse the staff members experienced from certain bad members of public in past, now their operating protocol has been altered for late hours. I further talked with him.

He told me that ethnicity wise he is from Kazakstan.

I was very much impressed by his professional attitude and public relations awareness.

I wish that TRANSDEV MANAGEMENT give him atleast a commendation certificate for going above and beyond normal duties.

I also request most humbly, that all TRANSDEV EMPLOYEES coming in contact with members of public are given such training in dealing effectively with members of public.

In democracy, we all need to contribute to the best of our ability and opportunity to improve our society, our happiness and living standard.

With best wishes.

Saw Frozen here, the production was outstanding. The venue was well spaced due to the covid restrictions, felt safe and able to socially distance most of my visit.

In spite of current conditions, entry was relatively quick and uneventful.

Tiered seating made for good viewing at the cost of slightly steeper stairs.

Overall a good experience- Frozen was Hygge
