Very busy, but friendly, efficient staff kept everything flowing smoothly. The front desk staff were exceptional in supporting patients with their needs.

Very professional environment. Depending on the type of imaging needed you might not even need an appointment. I was able to just walk in and they were able to take me without much of a wait at all. The reception staff is friendly and welcoming. It isn’t long until they call you to the second waiting area. I did a pelvic ultrasound and an abdominal ultrasound on a different date. Both technicians made me feel at ease and kept me calm, and that’s not easy cuz I loathe getting ultrasounds done. One was female and the other male. They both were excellent and reassuring. I would definitely return here without hesitation and recommend going here for your imaging needs.

My experience here was bad.
My appointment was at 12.30, I was waiting for my turn but they did not call me.
Around 1 pm I asked the lady who was bringing patients to the waiting area about my turn, she rudely said she can't tell how long I have to wait to be called for ultrasound because it's running late.
I told her my bladder is very full and if she can help me to get an ultrasound done soon, she again rudely said everyone's bladder is full here!
It was very rude and insensitive.
I will never go here again.

Made a call for appointment today around 2Pm, the person who taking call in front desk has no patience in doing her job and very rude!

Made a call to book an appointment for pregnancy ultrasound, she asked my details twice and i answered very nicely.
Lastly she asked me about the doctor name that i see, because of i told the wrong name of the GP Doctor that i went. She told me that I WASTING HER TIME, ONLY BECAUSE OF I TOLD THE WRONG DOCTOR name. Seriously, this is unacceptable behaviour. Her behaviour absolutely disgusting. Such a shame for this medical imaging centre to put her as customer service. If she didnt have time to take a booking or whatever, dont do this job.

This is my first pregnancy, i am lack of experience.
My GP refer me to Canterbury Hospital for ultrasound, but the Midwife said they don’t do ultrasound in the Hospital and the Midwife gave me another refer letter for Campsie Medical Imaging.

This is my second visit in last few months. On both occasions staff was friendly and clear in communication which made me comfortable with the scan procedure.

Did not have booking but the staff was able to get us in cause it’s urgent. We waited probably 5-7 mnts before we get into the ultrasound. Staffs are helpful and very professional. Especially I love the fact is that they have someone who always there to welcome you and then she will send you to the right available person. The people are moving that’s the best thing about this place.

Walked in with no appointment. I was made to feel welcome from the word go. The receptionist was very friendly and booked me in straightaway. I hardly waited for 2 minutes before being called in for the X-Ray. The whole process was very smooth and handled very professionally by the staff members. Overall, very impressed with the service.

They don't give x-rays or reports, it's all online. You have to pay 20$ extra for it. Doctors were not happy about it.
Other imaging Centres give them for zero extra. Staff are good and helpful

Five stars. Came here for an injection, and even though I am not at all bothered by the biggest of needles, Campsie Medical Imaging could not have made it any easier. All the staff I interacted with (2 receptionists, 3 nurses/assistants, 1 radiologist) were extremely professional, friendly, and caring. The entire operation is super efficient, I was in and out in under an hour. The booking process itself was also a breeze.

Top notch clinic. Professional and courteous staff. Fast appointments with very little waiting time. Also very little waiting time when calling. Phone operators are also professional and very helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs an ultrasound.

I bring my Son and my wife to do X-Ray's and ultrasound and they keep saying that they don't do any images and no printing reports. It's EXTREMELY UNUSUAL to me and I would never recommend anyone to use their service at all.

My doctor recommended this place - an apppointment available the next morning. Reception staff were happy and busy, straight through on time with my appointment. Staff were very polite- Kim took care of me. Overall a good experience with polite staff.

Very rude receptionist/call operator! Waited for quite some time on the line to be able to enquire about their services. She rudely said "i can't hear you" and put me straight back on hold even though she only answered my call for literally 2 secs! So i thought I'll wait again and maybe she'll hear me better the next time but no. She hang up on me! I just wasted my time on you! If i could give you zero i would!

Cannot claim through MBS/Insurance.this practise is not registered with medicare or MBS.no one mentioned that and now we are out of pocket hundreds of dollars when our health insurer is willing to pay us for it. Go to another practise!

Yesterday I went to have Ultrasound. I went with my husband. Unfortunately we were 9 minutes late. The lady at the receptionist was very kind and she asked us to take a seat and wait for the doctor. When our turn came, we went inside the ultrasound room. The lady who did ultrasound was not friendly at all. She spoke so fast and was also furious that we were late. We were only 9 min late but also waited 30 minutes. It was my first pregnancy and she did not allow us to see anything. She said, you are late so I won't be able to show you anything. Make sure you come on time from next time. And I have lost my patience. ' The screen was shut and my husband stood up to see in the computer, but she asked him to sit down in a very cold manner. After the ultrasound, she didn't let yes know if its done and left us slamming the door. We were both shocked and really disappointed from that sort of behaviour. Its like every one has right to see. This was not the way to treat the patient. Even the ultrasound sound was not even 5 min. The lady spoke so fast that it was hardly able to understand. It was my first ultrasound and it was very disappointing service despite of what I paid. What I want to say is if you don't have patience then, there is no point of treating your patient in that way. I decided not to go to campsie imaging centre from next time.

I visited this place few times for my pregnancy ultrasounds and they always delivered a great service. Waiting time was not that bad. Receptionists and Sonographers are the excellent.

Receptionist who I spoke with was friendly and professional.
Then the two girls who did the imaging for my MRI were amazing. So kind and compassionate and took onboard my concerns after having bad MRI experiences elsewhere previously.
I was thrilled by the quality of the MRI, the size is quite generous compared to others and having the mirrors removed all anxiety about being in a small space. Will definitely be recommending Campsie imaging to anyone who needs an MRI!

I'm honestly not sure why this has so many bad reviews, so i've decided to write my own.

I visited Campsie Medical Imaging to have a full pelvic ultrasound done. I believe the name of the lady that looked after me was Stella and I have nothing but good words to say. She explained everything she was doing before she did it without me even asking, and that is something a lot of places don't do. Having a transvaginal ultrasound isn't the most comfortable experience, but being kept in the loop with what is going on and what the technician is about to do REALLY helps to not make the procedure feel so awkward and invasive. The ladies at the reception were extremely kind and helpful. From arranging my appointment on the phone, to my appointment, to picking up my results, they were always lovely. And referring to the negative review I read about the lack of cleanliness, I really don't understand. The place was spotless. My overall experience was perfect and I will definitely be coming back if i ever need to in the future.
