Having experienced horrible treatment with health professionals in sydney, this place was completely opposite. They treated me, a stranger, with professionalism, friendliness and care. I wont go anywhere else for images. Thanks so much to you all.

Friendly staff, well organised, minimal wait times, good clean amenities, an overall seamless experience.

My wife had an appointment today and we got there 3: 30 pm on time, and we had previously asked for a female sonographer. The staff were running late with the patients and the last female sonographer finishes at 4 o'clock when I was still waiting. A male sonographer came to us and apologised for the delay and so kindly he tried to solve the problem by sending us to the Beamish St medical imaging which closes at 5 pm, and where there were 2 female sonographers. Anyways, walking to the car, the kindest sonographer I've ever seen Nicole, followed me and my wife and called me to come back inside and apologized for the delay, even though she finished her shift, she was very happy to get me back in. Thank you so much Nicole I really appreciate what you've done today!

The peope who were working there were very polite, friendly n professional, thank you very much for your service. I recommend everybody should go there if you need the ct scan or x-ray done.

Awesome experience. Messaged them on chat to confirm availability, they confirmed I could walk in until 5pm so I walked in and was all done in under 10 minutes!

I had a midday appointment for a Cortisone injection in my knee, I had to wait a longtime and got a bit perturbed. They were very busy and the doctor wanted to inject using CT scan to ensure the best result. It was worth the wait the doctor was brilliant, the reception and other staff were sympathetic and accommodating, so glad I did not blow a fuse, next time being aware and there could be a long delay I will be prepared and patient and park in a better position so as not to stress about getting a fine for overstaying a time limit or other issues, forewarned, happy to wait, real good outcome, not so grumpy next time. Thanks Everybody.

Booked appointment online and attached my referral from GP. Was not asked to bring the original until there. I could go ahead with the appointment anyway, but if the original copy is important it should be impossible to miss while booking online.

The stuff are very friendly and welcoming. I was fitted in as an emergency and I was told I would have to wait. The wait was no longer then 10 minutes. I would totally recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the good work. Amazing staff. Thank you

Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Campsie Medical Imaging. I have always had a positive experience and now always choose to use this as my preferred place to go because the staff are very professional and very kind. They always keep to appointment times (which is good when your bladder is full!) and they keep your records to compare any changes over time also, the place is clean and well organized

Friendly and efficient staff. I have been here for various imaging procedures over a number of years and the staff have worked well to complete their tasks despite being very busy. Reception staff are good, dealing with stuff like me forgetting a referral without missing a beat.

I needed an xray. I rang to make an appointment and was told I could come in/ I didn't need an appointment. I was a little put off as I dont like waiting. However I was pleasantly surprised. I was seen promptly even though the waiting room was full. I was taken through my procedure and given my xray quickly.
This was a good experience/ allowed me to get on with my day.

The person looking after me (Nahi/Nahee?) was caring, good bedside manner & professional.
I also witnessed the positive way they dealt with a percentage of patients who did not understand English & some quite abrupt, it was a credit to them and their vocation.
