I took an MRI scan at this facility. From booking the appointment till the end of my scan everything was seamless. Staff was professional and friendly. I liked everything wrapped up within the provided time schedule. Thanks for the service!

From the first phone call to walking out the door, the staff were all friendly & efficient & I didn't spend ages in the waiting room. The sonographer was warm & reassuring & very thorough. Highly recommend.

Staff are really friendly and helpful, im grateful the ladies went extra mile and assisted my mum with her lauguage barriers which made the process a lot easier for her. COVID safe plan is good even though it's a really busy place with lot of patients.

Yes I agree with the post before this one the older short woman with glasses that sits on the end next to entry in front reception area is so very rude and I have seen her talk to staff and abuse them in front of everyone she has no professionalism and makes others there look very bad and this is not first time I have taken my mum there to see her do this so wont be coming back there and other people I know have had same experience with that one woman too and wont be returning either. DISAPPOINTING!

Thank you. I was in extreme sciatic pain, and in need of X-rays between Xmas and new years. A hard time to get anything done. The staff were great, understood my pain, I was in and out, X-rays in hand in 40 minutes. Very covid safe and very professional. Thank you

The centre organised an appointment straight away for mum, the staff were courteous and showed pride/ professionalism in their duties.
I would like to thank Stella for conducting the ultrasound, she was very patient and made my mother feel at ease.

Had an MRI for cancer. I got very stressed at one point but the staff were wonderful, understanding and very professional. Technical and office staff were first class. There was a problem not related to the scan itself that was not their fault at all but they put the extra effort in and found a solution. The results were done and at my specialists very quickly. Highly recommend them.

I had a dating scan here and did not have a good experience. My scan found something that I found concerning and I requested an internal scan (which can be more accurate particularly if the bladder is not completely full, as mine wasn't) but the sonographer refused to do so, despite my obvious distress. At dating scans in the past if there have been any queries the sonographer has suggested to me to do an internal exam. I had the impression that this person also took fewer measurements compared to other dating scans I've had in the past. I did not feel that this person was very empathetic and I left feeling not only distressed but upset at how I was brushed off by someone who just seemed as though they didn't want to do any more than the bare minimum.

To be fair, the receptionists were really nice.

Hope this review won't affect the other excellent staffs & professionals, but only 1 middle aged receptionist was extremely rude and felt that she doesn't want to work there.

The front line workers and call center need to have more knowledge about the information they tell the costumers. Over all they nice maybe some have attitude.

Received friendly, polite and professional service. My name was called prior to the appointment time, fantastic! Very clean environment, toilet too. Lovely staff and Radiologists. Thank you for the positive and caring experience.

A company’s frontline employees are the company.

Had been a regular but would definitely switch to another medical imaging clinic after today’s experience. Call operator named Jose who handled my partner’s case was extremely rude and unprofessional! She questioned our reasoning for collecting an invoice from our last visit as our private insurance company requested and the attitude we received was toxic and unacceptable. I rang up the clinic for the second time hoping to get the operator’s name and it took me 10 mins as the operator tried to put the blame to another agent named Christelle, but finally she admitted that she was the person we spoke with.

Like many others who had given negative reviews, I would strongly advice to visit another clinic.

I went for my scan today and catherine was so kind and answered all the questions i asked, very welcoming and polite.i would definitely recommend people to come at this location as the staffs are kind and professional.

All good today, taking around 30-40 mins for ultrasound , including waiting time.
Convenient booking by phone call, on the second day cuz of fasting requirement.location is 10mins walking from train station. Staff is doing COVID safe strategies well.
Private patient needs to pay over the counter, invoice provided.
There are a lot of complains about waiting time, but I think it’s ok, for the reason of no one will know what’s happening inside the room. Therefore, the waiting time is understandable.
