Bunnings Randwick reviews
84Convenient location, however is one of the smaller bunnings I have been to, and the number of parking spaces leave something to be desired.
Good location but limited goods storage. Staff were not good at identifying different types cabinet door hinges and told us to find Chris who might be able to help us (Finally we couldn't find Chris. LOL!)
Convenient location and the closest Bunnings to many in the eastern suburbs. It is a small store with limited ranges but generally always well stocked with helpful staff. Can be disappointing if you are looking for something that may be carried at a larger store, but my advice is to spend a few minutes online to check stock and that can normally alleviate too many headaches.
I love the staff here in the garden section they are really friendly and super helpful and knowledgeable
It's ok for bits and pieces, but the Alexandria and Rosebery stores are waaaay better. Parking is difficult and there is ysually only one check out a yr each of the four (!) entrances
Tyson was the most helpful staff member
I was very appreciative of his efforts in helping me with an order and delivery over the phone.
He was polite, accommodating and prompt.
Well done Tyson!
The worst Bunnings experience ever. Super rude staff, uninterested and entitled. Management needs to intervene and look at the culture.
I called ahead and asked if I buy some plywood and get it cut to size today, they said yes. I came in and asked again, they said go choose the board you need. I came back with what specific one I needed.and their cutter isn’t working today so I was told to come back tomorrow. Not happy! What a waste of time. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed here either but this pissed me off.
Rude staff.
Staff 1) When someone politely ask you if you are free to help, it's easy to answer "not at the moment but I can help you as soon as I'll be" instead of "NO" and leave.
Staff 2) When someone ask you if you are free to help, you could look at the person while she is trying to show you what she is looking for instead of keeping putting some stuff.
The lady at the counter was polite.
Even though it is the closest bunnings to where I live i hate going here the staff are not very helpful at all negativity breeds negativity most of them need a good kick up the arse
Good location with a wide variety. Workers here are generally unhelpful. I asked if they had M4 bolts in stock and the response I got was "DID YOU SEE IT ON THE SHELF? IF NOT WE DON'T HAVE! " and bought an incorrect product because the worker described a product wrong.
Bunnings website said the products I wanted were in stock. Made a special trip to randwick and they did not have weed n feed or cement I needed. Got it at mitre 10 bondi junction
Great place to get home goods like if you want timber for that table that you wanted to finish off rock on down stairs and if you need a light bulb go to the middle floor and if you need plants and stuff go to the top floor it's quite excellent if you need anything like that or even shoes go straight to the middle floor or ground floor
Staff have no idea. Asked for help was told they have no idea. Then was looked at blank faced.maybe ask someone who knows. Dont just dismiss the customer
No sausage sizzle and extremely small selection of goods. Purely convenience for being the closest Bunnings
I cannot believe that this branch represents Bunnings. Staff as usual were good but there was only one person at checkout and a lift that was so slow it was not worth waiting for.
Shocking trade entrance did not open until 7.25am as manger had over slept, what I have come to expect from a shocking branch
Great for small bits and pieces, but not a great selection of larger items such as timber and tools. You would be better off driving to Alexandria or Eastgardens Bunnings Trade pickup a bit of a nightmare to get in and out.
They're a smaller Bunnings than some others, and so they don't stock a full range of everything. What they do have is easy enough to find and the staff are all pretty helpful too.
Parking can be a nightmare if want to drop in for a quick tube of silicon or handful of screws.
The staff are friendly and helpful and Jason from the paint department is always very helpful and knowledgeable.
I don't, or wouldn't advice buying any electrical trade items here.
