Bunnings Blacktown reviews
73Complied with all covid requirements. Got what I needed and out again. Staff assisted with log in and out.
The staff at the kitchen department was really helpful got a great tap for our new kitchen at a great price. Many thanks to Brett
4.6: really friendly team of staff. Great prices. When you are after a product I recommend you search around for a better price and if you find a same stocked item with a lower price elsewhere approach a staff member and they'll beat the price by 10% (T's and Cs apply)
One of the largest Bunnings I've been to. Stocked up with all the premium products you'd come to expect at Bunnings warehouse. Also can't go past the 10% price beat guarantee.
Customer service is poor would have give negative if I was able to. Went to buy table after watching online in stock in the store and it was on the pallet on the top selve, nobody care to pull it down for me. Because bottom selve was empty I saw them it was on the the top selve and still they can’t bring it down. Please go to other Bunnings store. That’s the last time I am visiting Blacktown Bunnings. Thanks
My go to bunnings for all my hardware needs. A much better range than my local smithfield store and better staff attitude as well. Plenty of easy parking is an added bonus.
Need 2 put more staff on and staff that know were the products are and not send u around the whole store only 2 find out they don't carry the product
They really need to employ better staff with better customer service. Other than, great products at great prices and good parking
Lazy staff don't restock their shelves despite website showing item in stock, then expect you to wait for someone to check up top. Waste of time
One of the best Bunnings I've been too. I 've been a couple of times when visiting someone and I really love it with wide clean organise isles and the plants always seem fresher and cheaper than the 3 Bunnings stores in my area. I love the staff as well who also look at you with a friendly smile. I wished this one was in my area.
Bunnings blacktown is a good sized place where everything is inside and there is plenty of room for buyers to look at items and there is plenty of stock at better prices than other stores in the area I will be back when I need something else.
Easy entry off Great Western Highway with large car park.
Massive store however misses on 5 star as wait at checkout can be long.
Had to wait almost 15 minutes to get help
even after a call was made. At time felt like walking out.
Mostly very friendly staff and helpful. I was in restaurant business for 30 years so naturally these various stores were always part of every week visits. Now retired but all my garden needs bring me here very regularly. In so many years we have seen many changes in staffing too. Mostly all smiling and saying hello. But some Indian staff need some training. They have surly attitude problem when they see their own people. Today we went there and two laddies staff chatting happily at counter and as soon as they see me their body language changed, mainly by a lady wearing glasses. She never ever looks happy as if she is underpaid worker. Generally at exit door the staff is so cheerful and make your visit memorable. But staff like today totally ruin the atmosphere for company as well as for customers. Ref: Date 1/4/21 time on docket 4: 25: 44pm nursery hut R18. Thank you.
Every time I go to Bunnings I can never get anyone to help me, and I can never find what is supposed to be in stock according to their website. I always leave empty handed, and ask myself, why do I bother? I hate that they have killed off small businesses that I used to shop at and there was someone to serve me who gave a damn.
I used to wait outside with the dog but have today found out I can take the dog in with the trolley, idk it's big and has tools if you're into that sort of thing
Went to bunnings Blacktown NSW on 2nd Feb.
Blonde Lady at sliding doors opened exit sliding automated doors for Caucasian couple from remote control but when I reached at door she showed her back and I have entered from other side. She turned her back and didnt greet me.
At 20: 00 I was waiting for my turn at counter she rudely with high tone of voice said go on second counter to escape long wait on queue that was embarrassing, shocking and insulting. Any one from bunnings heads office are welcome to contact. You can check CCTV cameras to confirm this, I was wearing grey polo T-Shirt. My precise time at counter was 20: 03 I am sure that's not an issue for you to track down with my receipt #. That staff member was moving trolley from car park space to store around 20: 08. That was my 1st and most harsh experience at bunnings.
Great service. Was emailing them while I lost my invoice and they replied back to me at a short period of time with that invoice attached. Excellent service. Thank you to Anthony Ursino. Will come to your store again as I always do. Cheers.
Always found my Blacktown burning great western highway prospect. Very nice people and place to visit, no matter very early in the morning or rush hour. Thank you staff all of you.

I visited Bunnings on the Great Western at Blacktown this morning, usually I don’t like going to any Bunnings Store as it’s to hard to get Service, but this morning I had the pleasure of first a young man called Danny, he helped me in outdoor furniture, well I was so surprised as he went out of his way to help me, walking from one end of the store to the other to help me, it wasn’t his Department but he said he would help me. He made my visit so much easier and pleasant. Then I went out to the garden section, to find a lady called Heather who couldn’t do enough for me, then another lady called Louise she went out of her way to help, then another lady who right at the moment I’ve forgotten her name, but I will be going in there again because I had such a great visit, and I will go find out what her name was. These people are working with this Virus all around us, and they still smiling and giving a great Service. Thank you to those guys in Bunnings. Sorry I’ve forgotten the other ladies name but I will find out. Cheers.
