Bunnings Blacktown

Burning is back in business as usual. Burning was very packed today. 65% of shoppers were shopping for garden tools.

The staff are amazing.
I've walked in with my puppy and he made everyone so excited.

I enjoy going to this bunnings, they have everything you need and you will have the best experience.

Bunnings Blacktown is a great store despite working with the current COVID operating restrictions. Lockdown has not allowed Bunnings Blacktown to operate to its full capacity but I'm sure they'll bounce back in no time. Recommended.

Plenty of parking. Very polite staff. If you want plants though better too wait until restocked after this week. Look for plants towards Weekend

Tried calling for their click and collect several times to which nobody answered so had to go inside and end up waiting 10 minutes while they went to find my order.seven hills is much easier to deal with and much more friendly.

Had an issue with tool purchased a fair while ago and the team member organised a store credit although there was no warranty left

Covid shipping difficulties but the staff worked relentlessly to recover my parcel. Excellent customer service online, on the phone and click & collect.

Bunnings closed now due to covid restrictions. Only members who has Bunnings card through click pay method can buy and get delivery.

Well stocked clean store staff following covid 19 instructions had a great experience just a couple of dopey employees the can’t tell where anything is in the place they work but I can live with that

Very Bad experience on click and collect and Bunnings customer service department. I decided to place an order through as they said I will receive it on 28/8. Day passed and I did not get any updates from their customer service, so I had to buy similar item from another hardware store. I emailed customer service to just cancel my order since the day has passed and I do not need it anymore. Still did not get a reply. Today, I got an email saying order was ready for collection. Went to Bunnings Blacktown, waited another 30 minutes to get my item. Will not go back again.

Order item from Blacktown Bunnings online and they said, it take 8 days to get the order ready.
I never heard of 8 days. Other big well know brand store take a day to get it done. Am I missing something here.

Agreed that these are tough times for every body.but this is beyond ridiculous. Bunnings have taken my money, sent me an email that the order is ready to collect and then another email to say no it is not ready. Its been 4 days now since I have placed the order. I am currently on hold for the last 22 mins to speak to a "friendly customer service agent" to enquire about my click and collect order. More like Click and forget about your order

We were beyond excited to be allowed in! It was the second week of trade.
My only gripe was that bright and early they were already out of soo much stock, like barely any plants available to purchase.
We were looking for herbs and veggies as well and there was just enough of each item to buy one Of the basics, not compare products and make a choice.

They dont know what a tradesmen is at check in, they allow anyone with a white card? Anyone can get a white card does not mean you have a trade!

I don’t need to give a review for Bunnings you have everything you need for the house under one roof and it’s located in almost every suburb.

Isa and Bryce were fantastic - 10/10 customer service. Cannot thank y'all enough for coming through on the spot for a desperate customer. Whatever they're paying you-its not enough! TcW

The customer service was rude and not helpful at all when asked for a certain item that we couldn't find.

Waited 20mins on hold trying to get someone to come out for my Drive & Collect!
Ended up having to work up to the door and getting security to get me someone

Don’t bother with click and collect Blacktown, service is appalling. It took them 5 days to get 1 item ready. I booked the time to click and collect which was 7: 30 - 8: 30pm, I arrived at 7: 35pm and called the number, sat on hold for 20 odd minutes with no answer. There were 3 other cars waiting that had arrived before me.
No one from bunnings was to be seen. At 7: 55 all the lights went out in store and car park area, just prior to that the last staff car that was parked had driven off.

Two people that were waiting in cars beside me got out to have a look at the store, I ask one of them how long they had been waiting and he said 45+ minutes. He had called on arrival and was told to wait for his order! What a bloody joke.

Happy staff, super range of products from many different generous (from electrical to gardening)
