Bunnings Ashfield

Worst experience ever.
Car park lots of rubbish.
Staff not friendly on border been rude when asked for help.
Compare to other Bunnings this one is bad.
Parking is nightmare.

Great hardware store with tons of things. Very busy location and staff helpful as they knew where everything is within the store. It's just too big and confusing with the same products in different brands. I am sure it's a builder dream. Good value

It's a bit of a messy store in comparison to other Bunnings. Struggled to find a lot of stuff without a few staff helping us. The locations of items that the website told us, didn't really line up to their actual locations in store (the numbering system was odd).

The garden/plant area was also really small which other Bunnings seem to have grown in recent years.

In saying all that, it was a typical Bunnings with nice staff

Great variety of products and affordable prices. The staff on the service counter are really helpful, the only negative is getting in and out of the complex because of the traffic.

Huge fan of the Ashfield store.

Staff are always attentive, sharp, friendly and knowledgeable.
You can spend so many hours in here it’s dangerous!

The worst of all. Not just the usual can't get a staff member to help but the stock is always a mess. Head to padstow or Alexandria.

It's madness they would place someone in the front line as 'usher' and customer liaison who doesn't wear a mask (perhaps she has a medical condition which gives her exemption). Everyone who is queuing up to pay is exposed to her whether we choose to or not. Great thinking, management.

The new security guards out the front are always quite rude. One of them today called me an idiot, because I was going through the wrong door.

Great place to spend hours searching for ideas to build. Lots of varies to choose. Ask friendly staff to help out.

Small for a bunnings but the range is still pretty good and staff friendly.the car park can be a bit of a nightmare.

Has nearly everything you need. Only thing is that they do not have any accounts so not trade friendly.

Can't tell me whether clothes dryer will fit. Won't open the box to check measurement. But I can take it home & bring it back. Ridiculous.

Why not just open the box?

Polite and friendly staff who know where everything you ask for is kept and most times they can answer (or get somebody who can) your technical questions.

Good range of products which is standard for most Bunnings of this size.

Heaps of parking and usually a great sausage sizzle on the weekends.

Odd layout and terrible entrance and exit. Recommend going to Greenacre instead. Easy to get in and out of

Bunnings in Ashfield is easy to find. Not the biggest store in Sydney, but you will find helpfull and friendly stuff. If you have a special order, no problem. Just let them know what you need and they will deliver it as soon as possible.
We had trouble with some tools, the refund was no problem. It was a pleasure to deal with.

Public service announcement: Don't buy Kaboodle. Bunnings can't do what they say they do. More than 6 months to install a small laundry and still not finished. They don't care. Many hours trying to sort out their mess. Shop around. You have been warned.
