I was not successful to find a small fan in Ashfield. I found one HELLER in Bunnings in kingsgrove but no longer the product is as good as the one I had 20 years ago. No strong base at all: empty base & only 2 speeds not 3. $19 may be O. K.due to the cost of living. I also bought 3 months ago a mower & blower from Bunnings kingsgrove. A product I could handle RYOBI was also not good product. $618.00 Easily taking & replacing the bag in the mower, a small section was broken. This may be is the manufacturer. Things are expensive but no longer solid in order to let us keep buying & burying electric items underground. The battery should be charged each 15 min. Waiting for to be charged is about 3 hours or more. So frustrating! Government Worries about plastic bags but do not worry about so many commercial electric item we put outside for the Council to pick up. It is scary buying things. All made in China of course. Disappointing indeed. I could not return the mower back since I handed in my licence to NSW Services due to severe Macular Degeneration.

Easy return process is excellent. Lost receipt and were super helpful to assist my return. This is what makes Bunnings customer service 5 stars.

This place has just about everything you need for home renovation and gardening. Check stock availability online before visiting. Loads of parking and very friendly staff.

This is a full size Bunnings shore with a wide variety of hardware. Plenty of free parking, toilet facilities and a tuck shop with tea, coffee, cakes, pies etc
The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I have often had a staff member asking me if I needed help
I recommend this hardware store!

Made a special order and came in for collection. Waiting at the special orders desk for half an hour so far and have had 4 different staff members call in for someone to serve me.
Not happy with this service considering the bulky order I've made. Wont be coming back to this bunnings.

Specifically wanted to call out Florida in the Special Orders team - Bunnings had accidentally delivered the wrong product to us, but the way Florida handled and rectified the issue made it a 5-star experience nevertheless. She deserves special recognition.

Feels like a dungeon inside, for some reason the staff want you to pay for things before you can get into the trade area to load them in, bathrooms were horrific although I do appreciate them having bathrooms at all. Bunnings is great generally, they have an amazing range of products and very helpful, knowledgeable staff but sadly this store is the worst in Sydney which should be avoided wherever possible.

Always a pleasant experience with extremely passionate team to extend their help. I always learn new things going there. The tool shop team are also very helpful and knowledgeable and help you make the best choice. Never had any issue with their customer service and found them the most helpful with issues related to the purchase. So going back over and over and buying with confidence. Thanks folks!

Great parking, well laid out store and then the surprise! The staff are exceptional, helpful and knowledgeable on products! Started to pour with rain and at 8: 59 pm, closing time I had a staff member walk me to the car with an umbrella when I am sure he just wanted to go home! Take a bow Bunnings Ashfield, exceptional all round.

Bunnings does it again. 3rd time I’ve visited Bunnings this year after checking they had what I wanted online first. 3rd time it wasn’t there. Having learned my lesson before I even called ahead this time, clearly the store didn’t look but just used their internal stock levels which must also feed the website. Wrong. Such a terrible experience driving’s 30 min round trip just to be told “the website must be wrong sorry”. Really wish there was a decent alternative that wasn’t at least an hour away.

The store is good. Have most things that you need. Unfortunately on three occasions I have been here, the lady at the door has been rude and very unhelpful. The last time I was there, she abused me for putting a gas bottle where I had been told to put it by another staff member.

Unlike other Bunnings store the staff have strong knowledge about their products and are actually able to help you even when the questions become more technical.

It was overcrowded and they implemented a strict daily policy of only 1 household member. Granted it was possible to come in after some time and the other member had left the store.

But the worst part of my experiences have been the lack of service at the paint counter. They got swamped and there were no floor staff in sight to ask questions.

I got mislead on what paints I needed and they mixed the incorrect tints into sample pots. One wasn't even properly mixed or shaken!

I ended up calling the dulux customer care agents and they walked me through the colour codes. As per my already negative experience, they didn't even have the booklet or swatches for the colour I wanted.

In contrast, Lidcombe took the time to paint out samples on the paper to ensure I had the right colour and even offered a free replacement tin if it was the incorrect colour mix.

I wanted to get some timber cut to size. After bouncing between the information desk and the trades desk multiple times I was told that the trades people are impossible to find after 4: 30pm and I should try another Bunnings.
This was _after_ I was told they should be there by their supervisor. Clearly need better management.

Just purchased woodfire Pizza Oven
I haven't tried as yet hopefully good one.

Now that I put it to gather
As promised the firewood oven it works like magic cooked great pizza
It was only the bottom shelf missing but the ashamed guys were very help and the said either we will order you the part or we could waive $100 to be honest I care about the 100 more than the shelf itself.
The oven very good I'm very happy with very easy to put together.

Rude service. Miserable staff. Paint section forget about it I don't even wanna get started on that. Online service is even worse & the courier service they use is totally hopeless. These guys really need to tighten up their game.
