I had cracking in the brickwork and contacted Buildfix.

Not knowing anything about how to solve the problem, I was very impressed with the web information and booking process.

Both the structural engineer and the technicians had a great attitude and professionalism was always present. When rain interrupted the process, we were kept up to date and they were back to complete the job asap.

I was also impressed that they removed a fence which posed a problem for the work they had to do and put it back when the job was complete, something they weren’t obligated to do.

I was very impressed by their attitude and helpfulness, nothing was a problem for them. I would highly recommend them.

Jordan & Jack were very professional, obliging & thorough in the work they did for us with our subsidence problem. George, the engineer, gave us an honest verbal assessment which he followed up in writing & made himself available for all further questions. The Admin ladies have all been very pleasant & informative on the phone.

How good was that!

Our daughter and son-in-law and two neighbours recently had the subsidence and cracks in their respective terrace houses repaired by Buildfix.

Hearing of, and seeing the excellent results, we booked an appointment with Samantha of Buildfix for an assessment of our terrace house in Surry Hills. George, the structural engineer, attended. We showed him the areas of concern in the brickwork. George documented his findings in a report, which we received promptly by email.

An appointment was arranged for Stage 1, the subsidence work, to be carried out first.

Yesterday, Aidan advised by text of their impending arrival in 30 minutes. Spot on.

Sam and Aidan alighted from their vehicle, introduced themselves, explained the process and retrieved their equipment from the truck. Jordan arrived to complement the crew and the gang got to work.

In 3 ½ hours, our house rose and so did our spirits.

What more can we say? We are delighted with the results - and the 10 year warranty.

Next appointment, Stage 2, the cracks. We know we’ll have a perfect result again.

The people were also amazing, friendly and helpful. I only spoke on the phone to Chelsea and Donna but they were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Dale and Damien were the ones visiting the property. Dale was very pleasant and made me feel like my concerns were addressed, very straightforward. Damien was with us for the works and was very professional from arrival time through to clean up. He was very non-intrusive and polite during his time at our house.
