Had a great lunch there. Plenty of drinks to choose from the food was delicious and fresh. And the atmosphere was like somewhere out of the Carribbean ️

Such a great venue! We recently held our son’s 18th here. Staff were so helpful and accommodating, food was great and atmosphere was fun! Everyone had such a great time! Highly recommend Shady’s as an event venue:)

Held a function here last Saturday afternoon / night for about 25 friends. Rachel the Functions Manager was outstanding prior to the night with recommendations for food, great response times and overall a dream to liaise with. On the day, venue was outstanding! Staff were awesome, happy and helpful. Food was excellent (great pizzas) and the drinks flowed. Overall a very successful function - all who attended enjoyed! Thanks again to all at Shady Palms - highly recommend this venue.

We had a great Easter Sunday with the whole family at the tropical oasis restaurant Shady Palms. They had face painting and a magician entertaining the kids and even us adults. Helpful and attentive staff. The tables in the gardens make you feel like you’re on holidays in Bali or Hawaii. Stunning decor.
The taco board was delicious and the kids loved the pizzas. Tasty cocktails and a good beer range. Good news, finally a place for families on the coast. Will be back with the family or boys for sure.

Ryan's amazingness was unparalleled.
The only thing that came close, was the fantastic flavours of the taco plate.

Had the best experience on Saturday served by the one and only Georgia. All round great time. Outstanding service.

Really pretty place with lots of courtyard like seating as well as indoor. Woodfire pizza looks amazing I just had a few drinks

Chaotic, they had problems with menu on the App and it seemed frowned upon to want to order from a paper menu to a waiter or waitress. Told we could only order via app by one staff member. When they sorted out the menu on the app, and we ordered via app, there was an extra charge for ordering using a credit card or PayPal. Pizzas had stingy amount of topping and what we wanted from non pizza menu was unavailable.

Came in today (Easter sunday) and where do I begin.
You know how to throw an event! Couldn't not fault anything.burgers were fantastic, georgia behind the bar making delicious cocktails, and the 2 managers floating around helping us with anything we needed (sorry didn't get their name! Girl with the glasses and gentlemen doing the scavenger hunt)
10/10 will be back!

The palace is so cool, good vibe nice environment. The food overall is not bad: pizza is good and fires are great. Staffs are so helpful and friendly. The one thing is we ordered the chocolate pizza but it didn’t served! We just realized after we left. 15%percent surcharge is a lot during holiday break.

The lads had a cracking time at Shady’s for Jimmy’s bucks. We were well fed, well watered and copped the most exceptional service from all of the wonderful crew. A special shout out to our mate Dik who picked all the lads up with the minibus on short notice. 10 shakas out of 10.

We came as a group of 20 for a work function. I dealt with Rachel and she was very helpful in organising the day for us. The food, the drinks and the service were fantastic. We got the bottomless pizza package for $35 per head. We only ended up needing about 15 pizzas so I don't believe we got value for money, and in that respect, it was very expensive. Next time we would probably just order individually.

The most amazing staff and venue. Couldn’t have met a better team of staff everyone was amazing. The food was delicious and the venue was lovely. Perfect for all occasions

Really cool restaurant set up in a property surrounded by gardens. The pizzas are fantastic, with the mushroom option being a highlight of the meal. We did get a few mozzie bites sitting on the balcony.

The staff are friendly and the food was quite good. We did have to wait almost an hour and a half for the mains to arrive which is why I rated only 3 stars

Really overrated restaurant. Overpriced and bland food. Might be okay for people who are used to eating at Maccas but not for anyone who wants good food. If you’re from outside the central coast and you’re used to eating good food then head over to Ettalong and try some of the Italian restaurants there. Young Barons at humble Woy Woy has superior food and professional staff.

Food was presented well and overall a pleasant experience at this restaurant. Waitress could be more friendlier and welcoming.

Nice restaurant experience completely ruined by one waitress. Ignored for 5 mins by our upon arrive despite clearly seeing our party of four waiting. Rude with settling the bill at the end.

Raw Kingfish was not fresh, or if it was, it must have sat near heat before serving. Poor service on multiple visits.
