I had chemical straightening done with kota. Kota did a great job and was very friendly. The price was reasonable as well. I will definitely be back!

Japanese hair straightening done 5days ago and I love it! Kota did an amazing job he paid attention to every small details. After my first wash my hairs are still shiny and straight. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent undercut. Not too short on sides, perfect length. Hair products not my style, too rigid and makes skin itchy, I prefer organic pomade. Perfect taper to head, Barber suggested change of hairstyle, but to give up a childhood to adult hairstyle is difficult. Excellent clean service with two hair washings and polite, professional staff. Would come again.

I have been coming here for over a year and every time my hair cut gets better. This time was no exception with the lovely Nami my usual hairdresser! The salon is beautifully designed - all staff are lovely, professional and highly experienced. I'm so glad I found this place!

Blu: Creativity Is a great place for cuts. A tad expensive but saving after a while always made me think it was worthwhile. Hisa, the main hairstylist is very friendly and caters his cuts to what you want.

Wow. Can’t believe last experience. Have been going to this place for years. So just that hairdresser having bad day you get bad haircut. On a good day you get good haircut. My hair was in chunks. It was such a mess and embarrasssment I’ve had to go to bathroom to cut off these chunks myself. I’ve considered going elsewhere for a while since the particular hairdresser sometimes has such attitude. This one is the last straw. Can’t believe loyal customers are treated like this.

My first visit today, Tomoka was my stylist. She made thorough explanation and what to expect from my new colour. Communication was great, she made sure we are on the same page. Other staff were also courteous. Definitely recommend and will come back!

Hairdresses there are all rude! Not only that they cant do the job right, went to get japenese hair straighting my roots after neally fininishing the job she missed out on one section and has to re do so many hours it took didnt ever last 6 months and they had the nerve after all that to charge full price no discount was given also everytime u go there to do the same thing for some reson the price changes everytime total rip off

Staff are very obliging and skilled, place is lovely, unusual decor. Very reasonable pricing for a CBD hair salon. Only snag is the slight language barrier with some staff

Had my hair chemically straightened here, and I highly recommend it. Since I've had keratin done before at other places, I assumed it was going to be a long and uncomfortable treatment, but it was actually fantastic. My stylist, Kota, was very patient and gentle. He did a fantastic job and I'm definitely coming back in a couple of months to get a touch up done when my roots grow out.

Came for eyelash extension, Naoko is very gentle and professional. A variety of curl, length and weight of lash to choose from. Authentic Japanese style eyelash extension service. Would recommend to others.

Amazing hair work across all the stylist, they really do listen and do their best to match what you want.

I straightened my hair 6 months back and a really good and friendly experience for me from the reception to the end. I am going there again to do the same.

I had a great experience with master stylist Ms. Tomoka today! She is so professional, skilled, and play intention on design my hair. Other staffs in this salon are so friendly too:) and they all look so professionals! I did hair cut, color, treatment today. I m a person got very thin and dry hair. But after my hair get done by Ms. Tomoka hand. She did a very nice fringe for me. My hair got thicker and style. The treatment was so good, my hair are so smooth and volume now! Love so much. I am a very picky person and I went to many hair salon even some of them are very expensive but still not as good as blu:/ creativity. They charge in a reasonable price. I highly recommend this salon. And if you want to get a nice woman hair cut please go to Ms. Tomoka. She won’t disappoint you!

I was very disappointed by the work & service provided when I came in on 23 December 2017. I paid over $220 (this is after the 10% discount after referring friends), where Nami promised the treatment will last 6 months to 1 year. My hair was already curling within 3 weeks!

Nami spent less than an hour on my hair when I went to get it fixed and did a terrible job - when I went back to tell her (after going to the bathroom at the Blu Creativity premises) she said she couldn’t do anything. I still need to use my hair straightener on a daily basis which defeats the purpose of the treatment. Nami was also extremely rude to me and said to take my bags with me and I don’t need to come back.

The owner also does not respond to your emails unless you write on social media.

I will not be returning to Blu Creativity and do NOT recommend to go there again. Definitely is not the best hair straightening or service out there.

I had great experience today with master stylist Mr. Chika, he is very knowledgeable and attention to detail. I had medium length bob with foil highlights done, absolutely loving it!

I came in with waist length hair and Hisa cut it into the most amazing long bob. My hair was cut so that it complimented my hair type and needs. I only wish I cut my hair sooner knowing it would be this beautiful!
I will definitely be coming back for follow up hair cuts!

I can highly recommend this hair salong. The staffs are friendly. My hairdresser Hisa did his magic on my hair and made me so pretty. The price is reasonable. You really need to try if you haven't been there.

The worse experience i never had. I book in with chika. « master hair dresser «  that a joke. He didn’t listen to what i said and just cut 10cm of my hairs, i wanted to keep long! My hair have no style at all now. He always argue with what i asked.
For me a hairdresser like this should not exist
